Black reparations

now, i'm not going to claim that i'm an expert on the subject, plus, i'm white, plus, i'm a back country red-neck (of the jeff foxworthy stripe .
well, the truth is that country red-necks are as badly misrepresented in public opinion as most other groups in the country.

In my humble opinion, there is only one group in America that has the right to complain and that is the Indians. This was THEIR country and they got crapped on. I agree that African-Americans had a bum deal but if they want to make America pay, than they should also make those countries that sold them to America (including Africa) pay. Also, the Chinese were sold as slaves and brought here to help build the railroads. They were beaten, raped, starved and all kinds of things but you don't hear them asking for a free hand-out.
Now, before someone goes off on me thinking I am being racial I will say Yes, I am a white person. But, I grew up among African-Americans, have many that are friends and they agree with me. They say that an intelligent black person would have to much pride to accept a free hand-out. So, I dunno, but that's my thoughts.

Every since Missouri started it's "No Call" program, I went from having about 20 calls a DAY to about one every month or so. So, it does work. Before we had the "No Call" law my husband handled all telemarketers. The funniest one he did was when a carpet cleaning service called. He asked how much it would be to clean one room and if they could get ALOT of blood out of carpet. He asked if they could also clean it off the walls and furniture and if they could be there within the hour cause the cops were coming in two hours!!!! They hung up on him. I am surprised that we DIDN'T have cops at oiur door after that call! I was on the couch laughing hysterically as he talked to them.

Well Golden,it's a small world isn't it? The last time I went to the Hall was (I believe) back in 1995. Have not stepped foot back since and I NEVER will again.

There is a rat on this forum
by jesusstolemyhotrod ini think someone on this forum is a rat....or troll as i think they are called.. i am sitting at home last night watching fear factor, and there was a knock at the door.. i opened it to find two elders from my old hall.
they did not seem very sincere when they apologized for disturbing me without notice.. they said the purpose of there visit was to just to check up on me, find out if my circumstances or opinions had changed.
we ended up in a huge conversation about my "inactivity", they wanted to know if there was anything keeping or holding me back from the truth, and wanted to know if there was anything i needed to get of my chest, cause guilt has away of keeping people back.

And on another note, I too would just LOVE them to show up at my house. I or my husband have just been waiting so we can tell them to get their Pedophile Lovin A--es off our porch!

Just try out an Aldi's if there is one in your area (yes, I live in the States, in Missouri) They don't seel name brand foods but it is good food nonetheless.

I shop at a store called ALDI'S and I can feed my family of three (breakfast, lunches, dinner and snacks) on about $135 a month!!! They are a very cheap place to shop!!!
Also, to whoever wanted a sample menu as to what you can make so cheaply:
Breakfast: Eggs, bacon, fried potatoes or biscuits
Lunch: A sandwich on a hoagie bun consisting of meat, cheese, onion, lettuce, tomato, pickle with a side salad or handful or chips, pretzels, etc. and a drink
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast, a side dish, salad or mixed veggies and a drink.
We eat like this most everyday for that cost!
