KLS,
A BIG HUG to you! I have been in your shoes and I know it's hard now but it WILL get better. PM me if you want and we can talk.
i asked my husband for a divorce yesterday.
after he threw a plate full of food and a cup of coffee it went pretty well, especially after he left, but came back four hrs.
i have pretty hard questions i need your help with ,the first is what do i say when he keeps telling me that he leaves me alone a jws?

with millions of people traveling this memorial day weekend i am curious.. where are you going this weekend?
where would you go if time and money were not obstacles?.
i am going camping in the forest near the oregon coast.
Alaska, Italy, France, Germany, Englad and Ireland. I think I have seen everything in the States that I want to see.
"sitting on the fence" "leading a double life" or just a fader.
its strange i envy both jws and exjws, after all each have a clear direction of where their lives are headed.
they have a definate view of how they feel, what they think, where they're going, what they are.
I just told them to DF me and I never looked back and I can only say that was THE BEST decision I have ever made in my life beyond a shadow of a doubt. Ya know Scoob, you don't have to be a part of a church to get the answer to life's questions. I have found that just believing that there is a higher power gives me the strength to look into my heart and mind when I have questions and I always find an answer that works for me. Good Luck in your search and don't let anyone make the decision for you but yourself.
how sorry i was to hear from dansk-he is going through a very difficult time.. i would like all prayers, thoughts, please keep this in mind ____ for me!!!!.
the sad news he has cancer.it is lymphoma!!!
they are waiting on the results of the biopsy before determining treatment..... he didnt want me to say anything at first- as he feels you all have your own problems & he didnt want to upset anyone-because he says "they are dear friends".
Dansk, thinking positive thoughts for you!
after a relatively short battle (5 weeks) my great aunt died this am at 02:30. of course she'd been ill much longer, losing weight, but she hated visiting doctors, and never wanted to make a fuss.
i saw her on tuesday, and felt embarrased to stand at her bed as she looked so bad after what the cancer had done to her, reduced her to someone i hardly recognised.
what happened to that glamorous woman of not so many years ago, immaculate in every way?
Scott,
So sorry your going through this. Your Aunt sounds she like she was a strong, fun person and you were blessed I am sure to know her. My thoughts are with you
lt. norbert wilson scharnhorst, my friend, who left us this evening at 8:32. those who still believe in prayer please say one for his family and for those of us who knew and loved him.
he will be missed.
Thanks ya'll. I think I am finally calming down now. Visitation is tomorrow and the funeral Saturday. I usually don't do so well at these things but I think being there last night and seeing him will help me get through this. It is going to be emotionally draining. Those police funerals are so much more emotional I think with all the pomp and circumstance.

Thank you all. I just am at such a loss. Tried to go to work today but that lasted all of an hour before they sent me home and told me not to come back till next week. Guess they could tell I wasn't going to be very useful. I am just devestated.

i'm gonna get a room.
Yeru,
Have you heard from Robdar? Is she going to be able to meet us? If not, St. Louis is ALOT closer to Ill which is where you are spending most your time isn't it? Let me know one way or another
whether you have been disfellowshipped, or disasociated yourself or just slowly are fading or inactive... .
or even are still there at the hall attending due to family.. .
do you think that when you were at your 'strongest as a believer' that anyone would have guessed how you feel about the wts now?.
I don't think it shocked anyone when I left. I was always VERY vocal about how I felt.
