Lamest Saturday night post. Ever. Read it-n-weep.
by Kudra inwell, tonight i mopped my bathroom floor.
i was using the new "mr clean" brand mop with the white pad that is advertised to clean crayon off walls, many different types of stains, etc.
-also sold as individual scrubbing pads.

Kudra, I almost hate to admit this but I spent the night cleaning with Qtips. :-( And I complain about not having a social life....

What is your freak flag?
by Dogpatch inthis article warmed my heart because i live with 4 other roommates in a three-level house, comprised of surfers, engineers, party person(s) and their pretty and sometimes whacked-out girlfriends.
we celebrate our freak flags!
this comes from the latest issue of bottom line's daily health news http://www.bottomlinesecrets.com/e2/e2_signup.html what are your freak flags?

I alphabetize my spices too. I also group things together - i.e. veggies, fruits, cleaning supplies, etc. Except in my freezer. So freak flags are idiosyncrasies?

I used to have the best conversations with my Mom when I was a dub-not now
by themonster123 inwhenever me and my mom would have our weekly study, it seemed like we would have the best conversations.
that's when i felt closest to her and felt like both our minds and hearts were open and loving and receptive.
now....(she's still a jw-i'm not), whenever we talk, since it's never about spiritual stuff anymore (since i don't believe it), it's always about shallow stuff-i feel so shallow.

serendipity
I think that JWs have religious conversations, not sure they are all that spiritual.... Please think about what spirituality means to you, and perhaps you can approach the topic in a way that can be meaningful for both your mother and you without discussing doctrines.

Has anyone tried eharmony or Match.com?
by thecarpenter ini just joined eharmony (tired of meeting chicks who are married or too young for me) and i was wondering if anyone has had any success with it?
has anyone had any success with match.com?
-
serendipity
Plentyoffish.com is free. I'm more impressed with the men there than the ones on eharmony or match.com, but there are also some pervs to deal with as well. Perhaps you won't have much of a problem since you're looking for a female.
