Remember, you don't unlearn patterns and automatic ways of thinking, that you have practiced for years, in a short period of time.
The realisation that you've been fooled or manipulated somehow can make you oscillate between shame and anger and everywhere in between.
Don't make any rash decisions and allow yourself some years to steady yourself.
I hope that's useful advice. I've had about 5 years headstart on you .

I NEED AN OPERATION!
by Maddie ini have just been told that i have an ovarian cyst and need an operation to remove it.
apparently ihave had it a long time and it is a rather bizarre form of cyst called a dermoid cyst.
i was wondering if any of the ladies on jwn have had the same type or know anything about them?

Just wanted to say my wife (oneoftwelve here) had the same op as snowbird. It's a pretty big surgery but she was home after two days. I just don't know how similar it will be to yours.

I remember making the comment to a brother at the time that things could go on a lot longer, he thought I was talking crazy and then the aforementioned article was published !
2) With reference to ancient Hebrew law, the WT? tacitly approved of the idea of capital punishment in certain cases and I'm sure used the words "no repeat offenders"
Can someone tell me how they find things like this without having to unpack old volumes and try to locate stuff for hours on end ?
