so many suffering from depression... along with the few judgementalists.

What an amazing cloud of testimony in the comments! The experience of depression appears to be of epidemic proportions.

On the other hand one particular comment illustrates the prevalent expectation - of the repressive, pressure-cooker seal variety - that aggravates the illness: Don't tell anyone that something is wrong; keep it to yourself.

Why is this being discussed on This forum ? I am sure topic of judging have been discussed by conventions and meetings .Why go public with this ministry ideaz? True servants of Jehovah does [sic] not publicise !!

USR: i dont want this to go down a catholic rabbit trail, i was asked about contaceptives. i know the rcc frowns on birth control. thats all i was saying. i see nothing wrong with using a condonm, where i think the rcc does.as far as abortion catholic are of course against it.

Maybe you just need to be educated, USR. Then you will learn to see this issue as the Catholic Church does; and you will want to lobby for and abide by new laws, prohibiting the use and sale of contraceptives. [Not implying that the CC currently wants to effect such laws.]

No funeral, no service, no obit.............If anyone has something to say about me, they can do it to my face while I'm alive. After so many fakey funerals, jw and non-jw, it is one "ritual" I wish to skip. Cremation and disposal for me. I figure if you want to celebrate your life, do it while you are alive by the things you do and say, spend time now with the people you love.

I wonder why only four (?) of the eight victims were memorialized by a funeral at the Kingdom Hall.

Perhaps the entire family were not JWs (baptized or publishers), and the remainder were cared for by their respective faith communities.
