YES...My brother was involved in one. He was doing the P,O.s daughter-in-law for months while her husband was at work, Talk about a coverup no-one in the cong knew about it but his family and ours.

if a family member was well connected, things would be swept under the carpet.
but if you didn't know the right people, you'd be taken into the "back room" and the elders would grill you.

by Melody Blankenship inin response to bumble bee from the above listed post wherein she stated that a jw tract was left in her mailbox......i think that is against the law (pretty sure it is here in the usa) and you might have a lawsuit against the wtbts.
i do believe that anything that is left in your mailbox is supposed to have the proper postage attached.
just my thoughts but you might want to "ask a lawyer.

Animals are very smart. but they are referred to as dumb animals because they are unable to speak...look up the word "dumb" in the dictionary there is no reference made to stupidity.

Need Help From Anyone Who Has Been Part of a World Wide Org Other Than JW's
by Eh ini've been having some good discussions with my jw brother-in-law about god, the bible, and the witnesses.
he's really integrated into the jw life and i think he truly believes the stuff they peddle.
it's clear that he has never done any research outside of the wtbs publications and has never really questioned his beliefs.

Parents with JW Adult Children Shunning Them - How Are You Coping ?
by flipper ini do understand your plight - as i have 2 adult jw daughters shunning me aged 21 and almost 20. they married witness boys 2 years ago and it's been 1 year since i've spoke with my younger daughter, 5 months since i went to coffee with my older daughter.
i call them, but they won't return my calls.
i tell them i love them, but it's as if i don't exist.

I have been out 28 years last month and still have 3 daughters shunning me. It's not something I sit around and worry about. I feel it is their loss, and I have made it clear that my door is always open to them. What more can one do?
