You people sure are negative. You are the ones who need the truth but you reject it. Beware the sin, the lack of faith.

JWD outage -- what if it were longer or worse, permanent?
by Fatfreek injwd to me, and for some like me, is my morning coffee.
if its not up, like earlier today, it gets me to thinking, what if this were a permanent thing?
what if jwd were actually shut down like our friend quotes site in 2006?

I would thank Jehovah that a bunch of people who claim that they were Jehovah's Witnesses have lost a place to tell what they do not know and never understood about the religion.

Beyond JW, another former Witness site.
by free2beme ini mentioned one time, on a past thread, that the first former witness site i found was this site called beyond jw and it was run by a man named tim campbell.
it was not the level of quality of this site, but it had some good information and links and a message board.
while i did not visit the board, like i visit this one, for a long time i thought it was the only former witness site and got familiar with it.

Another former Witness site? In other words, a person who never was and does not know what it means to be one of Jehovah's Witnesses. That is typical of everyone who is a former Witness.

If you need literature, go to the Kingdom Hall and order them. That is how it has always been.

JW Talks Password Protected Now
by mavie inwww.jwproclaimers.org is now password protected.
i think there is a yahoo group associated with this site....did anyone get the talks before it was locked up?

>...Well it's not locked up very tight. Someone has a lot to learn about secure authentication methods.... It's not supposed to be, unless you want to get a bunch of bad links right now. I see that someone has alot to learn about patience and reading directions.

Boy, are you people stupid. You have to join the group to get access. And I am doing layout changes now. The reason that I set up the site is that there is so much focus on the Watchtower. I am one of Jehovah's Witneses, not the Watchtower. In none of these files, does anyone use the term "Watchtower Organization." The site is not about the Watchtower. I do not have Watchtower material on there. For that reason they have no jurisdiction over it. How is it that there are so many that are against and talking badly about Jehovah's Witnesses when you all don't even know about JWs? That is because you don't listen. But the purpose of the site is that all of you are so Watchtower this and Watchtower that, but yet Jehovah's Witnesses are much more than The Watchtower. They are just publishers of printed materials. There are no printed Watchtower materials on there. The purpose also is to have accurate information that was given in the past rather than looking back. Actually I passworded it because I am doing layout changes and uploads until tomorrow. But people are making alternate statements.

Grow up.
It is amazing how you people can't read:
watchtower.org
The Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York, Inc. is a legal organization in use by Jehovah's Witnesses.
Noone seems to comprehend that.
But I fire all of you Anti-Witnesses. -

My comment relates because all that you all talk about is people. The Governing body, the overseers, the Watchtower. You can't deal with the Bible itself. Reason: Because that requires faith which no one here has.

Who's to say Jesus has "approved" the FDS and "appointed them..."
by Theocrat in"...over his belongings" ???.
i think the entire system of witness beliefs hinge on this issue: is the governing body the mouthpiece that jehovah is using to lead faithful ones on earth?.
it seems jw's just assume that jesus did inspect them and did appoint them over his belongings.

Before you question something, shouldn't there be a problem with the way things are? I don't see a problem with the way things are.

Does anyone else feel like their damaged goods?
by MsMcDucket ini feel like this all the time.
i have a husband that loves me, but i still feel like if i ever were on the singles market that i would not be a "good catch".
my health problems and most of all being a former jehovah's witness makes me feel less than perfect.. i'm having a pity party.

:: Everyone who comes to these forums is damaged goods because you are seeking companionship outside of Jehovah's congregations. Simple as that. "and most of all being a former Jehovah's Witness makes me feel less than perfect." Well Duh!!!! You made that choice to go against Jehovah so you are very damaged. I can't believe the stupidity on here.
So basically, you're saying that YOU are definitely "damaged goods"?
Nope. I am not seeking companionship. I have been in the anti-apostate business for over 20 years. See nothing new here. This is just where the front lines are. So if I want to come to do battle with a bunch of faithless ones, fools as the Bible calls them, then I come here. If I seek companionship, I seek Jehovah's people at the Witness groups.
