Yes for JWs, it is a very simple question. They will just say that God has always been, and just like the concept of time and space, he has no beginning and no end.When I was a JW I would ask a householder where time and space began and where and when would they end. Most people cant answer that, so JWs just say it is the same with God, our brains simply cant understand those concepts.

the usual custom is to put money in there right after the meetings.
but heck, i already spend so much in car fuel just to attend - i don't care really if the gb starves and dies.. oops.. anyway, do the elders take note who's donating and who's not?.

Interestingly in the presentation section it gives options to offer 'this months offer of the Watchtower' or 'this months offer of the Awake'. I thought starting in January there would only be one of the magazines available and the other magazine being published and offered the next month. -

I went to London recently and as I came up out of Westminster underground station there they were. I stayed in the area for 15 mins taking tourist pics and as far as I could see, not one person took anything from them or even spoke to them. -
