Hi mighty Apostate Crew,
I answered : First we come to this forum seeking help and then when we are free it is still fun to stay in tune...
As I said it I felt I was not completly sure of what I was saying.
I think in a sense she was right. If I was that free why would I still relate to JW things like this forum or imagining crazy plans to go at the KH and do some pricks...
I need your take on that. What is your opinion ?

Bodybuilding is very great ! Ive done boxing and bodybulding and most enjoyed the first. Dont believe the myths that people bodybuild to become like Arnold Shwartzburger (lol). Bodybuilding help you stay healthy, increase self-esteem and appearance (im sure your son will like girls looking at his muscles ;), give more strenght and teach goals settings.

the relationship was rocky; however, before he was going to move, so it was easy to let him go.
we reconciled as he was away and we are good friends.

The feelings you have are not relevant now. Whether they make you feel great at the KH and in this board not is not relevant. You need to be factual, logical about all the answers you had here, leave the feelings aside.
It is hard now but it will pay in the long run believe me.
And in case you havent understood yet : JW's are a cult. They are deceived and deceive people ! Dont be fooled by appearance, they are the Cult of appearance.

If I was you Ex-Boyfriend I think I would be very disgusted at what you are becoming. They are erasing your personality (brainwashing) with all their KH meetings and love bombing.
Maybe it is hard to accept but if you do not quit the cult now you are going to waste many many years of your life...

Hey All
by Mr.X ini just wanna say hi to all and let everyone know a little about me.... i have stopped going to the hall after going my whole life, i havent been to the hall in over 2 years but i went to the memorial this year.
my dad is currently an elder and my whole family is still into it.
it makes it hard when your dads an elder i had to move out early because i didnt want my dad to be taken down as an elder.

Thanks a lot Noggin for the Polarized Mormon Mindset transcript. I read it all and that was insightful.
A few questions :
1- Do your study on religions (and cults) worthed it ? It seemed to be very interesting (especially in non Judeo Christian faith like Eckankar and Scientology).
2-You seemed to still believe things that you have gathered from numerous cults (like Astral Projections and Astral travels), how do you put all that in one explanation ?
3- Are you now an atheist or you still believe in something higher ?
No mistake, I dont want to preach, im more atheist than anything else now (I exited a cult...) and would like know the views of someone that has seen many religious groups and practise critical thinking and rationnal analyse.
