our publications however place this reading in the second year of nebuchadnezzars so called "world rulership" after desolating jerusalem.
this would have been his 20th year as ruler of the babylonian empire.

If the elders asked those kinds of questions they were way out-of-line with Watchtower policies! However, I’ve heard of such ridiculous questions being asked by elders during a judicial sessions. One elder I knew would frequently say that the size of one’s manhood didn’t matter to a women! He obviously was very small! Anyway, what you’ve brought to light here shows the ridiculous judicial process the Society has sponsored!

i must buy one in the next few days....i leave for an alaskan curise on friday.
myself and my husband need to figure out how to work it and see the pics on the kickass computer we have.

The Org cracks down on the Apostle AK...
by TheApostleAK inbeen going to all the meetings lately and have hardly been shunned (they haven't made the announcement yet).. they've now made sure that i can't get magazines/literature anymore as they canceled my wt/awake order and they canceled literature that i had on order.
they said (elders) that it's society policy.. should the apostle kick up a stink??.

Many years ago there was a letter sent to elders instructing them to throw out publisher cards when a person was inactive for 5 years or more. However, the Society has changed its policy yet again! In the BOE letter dated Feb. 15, 2002 (see copy @ http://www.silentlambs.org/), direction is given as follows:
Inactive publishers are part of the congregation and need help. (Psalm 119:176) Such inactive ones should be assigned to book study groups. To enable the elders and the circuit overseer to give adequate attention to such ones, the last Congregation’s Publisher Record card for each inactive publisher should be kept indefinitely.
So there you have it. "We're watching you, until you're dead!" -- Local body of elders. -

Stafford's "Three Dissertations" arrived
by TheOldHippie ini got the new stafford book yesterday, and spent two hours running thru it, just getting an overview.
and greg stafford's book is a must, an incredibly "good book".
i hope everyone here gets it and reads it, and takes it for what it is - an honest study, research, where the theology, the bible-based teachings are held in high esteem, and the organizational, man-made practices, the legalism of the society, is critizised and exposed.

Anointed Experience #1 - Discerning the Body
