Yes, various Bible Students even have websites where they explain Russellite ideas. I would venture to guess 10-15 years after Russell's passing (maybe more) Rutherford held to the belief that Joe Schmoe would gain life and have a chance after the Millenium. Remember, Russell was near-Universalist and Armageddon was more of an overthrow of wicked and corrupt systems, not the wholescale deaths of people.

by twinkletoes infor years i have believed what the wt says about michael the archangel really being another name for jesus christ.
but now i am reading lots of other non-witness books, i am beginning to question this teaching.. has anyone done any research on this particular subject.. your comments would be appreciated.

hmike, may I recommend Anthony Buzzard's "The Trinity - Christendom's Self Inflicted Wound".............or something like that. A highly enjoyable book, even if you don't totally agree with him.

i have never seen such a group or sect or religion that hated people outside of their own realm than i have seen in this religion.

Trevor, how true. Jesus was loving and caring, and also a bastard swine killer and war-mongerer. His many personalities were borne out so well in Scorcese's "The Last Temptation of Christ"... even if he added to the story.
