Hey PMJ, All you have to do is look at the facts. Everything that the posters are bringing up ie: The UN scandal, the blood issue, How about your Society cleverly changing and hiding the truth about what they wrote in the past. Shutting down web sites because they embarass the WTS. The proof is there if you are willing to look at it. We say nothing unless we have proof. There is proof from your own literature no less. Your own literature is what will ultimately destroy the Tower.

My last meeting
by PoppyR inso last night we had the last book study at our house, next week all the congregations change around and i asked for it to be moved.
so i sat in on it, and afterwards we had a bit of a 'party'.
felt quite emotional really, although i haven't answered for a long time i put my hand up to read a scripture just so i could mark the last time i did this.

Congrats Poppy, I too have recently left the Jdubs after doing about a year or so worth of research myself. No one I talked to ( encluding my wife ) could answer any of the questions I posed at them. So this made me realize that it couldn't be the truth. I feel free now. Just take some time off now to let it all settle in. In time you will know what it is you want. Take care of yourself. And unlike the WTS, I and everyone here will always be here if you need us. Jim

Inquiry Man, You are not alone. I have not gone to a meeting in a year and a half now. The funny thing is that the elders know that I have read both Ray Franz books and have done serious research via the internet ( my wife tells all ).Yet they have made no efforts to contact me at all. The PO said when I first told him about the Mexico- Malawi scam, that he would come over with the CO and look at my evidence. Guess what?????? They never came. I called home from work every day the CO was in town and my wife told me they never called or made arrangements to meet with me. Im waiting for the Kangaroo court session, I have so much info now I would love to tape it, and share it with eveybody. But it seems they wont give me the chance to humiliate them. Anyway stand firm in your new convictions. Never be ashamed of who and what you are. Be Real

Hi, Im a newbie. I found this on freeminds website. The hot soup section. I have been looking for people like myself or in my position. On the way out of the WTS. What a ride it has been for the last year and a half. The research that I have done can fill volumes. OH JOY to have finally found out the truth about the "TRUTH" I hope to meet and make many new friends here since all my old ones wont talk to me anymore LOL

Shunning someone is one of the worst things anybody can do, JW or not

i never did mind being shunned by jw's because i don't have any family or friends there, but being shunned by anyone you care for is cruel.. how did you cope with being shunned?.

I was shunned back in the mid 80's when I got df for the first time. My mom didn't talk to me for over a year. I went to all the meetings and got reinstated. But you know the funny thing, I never really did nothing to earn my reinstatement. What a farce. Now Im on my way out for good this time. Haven't gone to a meeting in over a year. Guess What???? Not one phone call or visit to date. So much for leaving the 99 and looking for that lone lost sheep. The elders are aware that I have read the Ray Franz books ( My wife sqeeled on me ) Oh well I guess they are to afraid to talk to me know. Nobody talks to me from the hall now anyway, so maybe they Marked me somehow. WHO CARES!!!! Jesus does : )

as the wt plays whack-a-mole with the new sites that pop up, we need to know where the new ones pop up.. so here is my attempt to bring some order to this process.
let's make this a running thread where we put all our links to the mirror sites.. the downside is that the wt will know where to go to find out where the new sites are they have to squash.. the upside is that it is alot easier to put a site up then it is for the wt to take them down!!!.

the domain "watchtower.ca" has been transferred to wts (i assume they will have it pointing to borg.org watchtower.org asap).
my copies of the site have been destroyed, the files deleted, and my wt library cd has been destroyed, in accordance with the settlement agreement which will afford a "discontinuance" of their suit against me.

Thanks to All for welcoming me. I certainly hope this case can get some real publicity. I would love to see it on some big time News show. I'd love to see someone from the Press try to get an interveiw with the WTS on Why they had to shut down this site? Why they are embarrassed by what THEY have written in the past? What ever happened to freedom of speech? What about all the freedoms THEY say THEY have won in court cases over the years? etc. etc. etc. If people could only see how HYPOCRITICAL the WTS is by doing this.I think if this can get out, Many Many more people on the fence right now will leave. I hope they do.

Hi Quotes, I am new to this site. I just wanted to say like most people that I enjoyed your site very much. It was truly helpful for me. I am in the middle of leaving the WTS. Haven't had my little kangaroo court session yet, but I believe it can't be far off. Already mirror sites are popping up, so this is fantastic for us to still due research. Like you said they may have crushed ONE roach, but many more roaches are popping up already. May Jesus truly bless you for all that you have done. Wish I had a chance to buy your CD rom of your site.
