I havn't gone to a meeting in over a year. But I have kept all the literature I have aquired since 1969. I research enough now to know how the WTS likes to hide and change their history. So this way I have the originals. My wife and 2 daughters still go to the meetings so I get a fresh copy of their mags, books etc. You guessed it, I keep a copy in my library for future reference. You never know.

i burned my literature except for the wt cd which i sold on ebay.
i did not want to just throw the literature away as i did not want the trash man to read it and become a witness.

No Service Year Report on the 2004 WT-CD
by observador ini was hopeful that i'd find the statistics on the 2004 wt-cd but there is none.
the 4-page section is simply missing there.. would you point me to somewhere i can find the numbers for the 2003 service year (published in the wt jan/1/04) ?.
scans would be great... the site www.jwic.com doesn't do 'cause doesn't have the numbers(i'd be interested in the growth column).. thanks.

facts were stated about how our body is designed to live forever (the brain, blood vessels etc) and how all these intricated details about the human body raises us to ask the question: "did not jehovah design us with the purpose of living forever?
now i've read the threads about how there just would not be enough room in the world for all those people.

In reply to earlier posts, You have to couple with Mt 8:11 Heb Chapter 11 which confirms that Abraham was looking forward to a heavenly hope. God making a city for him. As far as 2 Pet 3:10-13 You have to reason on the scripture. It says New heaven and a New earth ( Where rightousness is to dwell ) The Heavens are perfect. Rightousness already dwells there. There is no need for a New Heavens. This scripture obviously is symbolic of something else. Use your thinking ability! I know the WTS doesn't want you to think for yourself, thats why your having problems with their doctrine. Good luck. It all comes down to interpretation. Bottom line.

Heck its been a year and a half for me since my last meeting. Im still waiting for the sheperds to leave the 99 and come look for me. I think their still counting to make sure they have the 99 before they leave for me. 97, 98

My brother vacationed in Cancoon yearly and confirmed the story in Ray Franz book. That is one of the reasons he left the Dubs. Amazing isn't it. Just Amazing!!!

Hello and welcome. You did the right thing. I wish back in 1969 we had the internet. Now My family is split thanks to the JDub's. My wife and kids hate me cause Im an "Apostate" in their eyes. As far as that sister who studied with you and wanted you to look at the WT cdrom to learn how the society got started and all that jazz, that is a doctored cd. They have changed what was origanally printed in the early mags and books. Anyone on this forum will attest to that. Thats why she didn't want you to look at the internet, cause she knows the truth is out there. As you progress and start to do more studying on your own you will learn this. Any and I mean ANY QUESTIONS that you may have, feel free to ask any of us anytime. We will not avoid any questions, unlike the WTBTS. Good luck and welcome again.

You should read Crisis first. Christian Freedom is like a sequal to it. I found Christian Freedom much more deep in meaning. I stopped at all the interesting points and put my own comments in the pages. I hope some day if I pass on, my kids will pick up those books and read them along with all my own commentary on them. Enjoy the ride. It will be a good one.
