Another reason god is a terrible "father"
by _Morpheus inits easy to look around and say if a singular all powerful were real he would stop the suffering of man and animal, a position i support.
however there is another even more basic premise i have pondered at times as well (im sure im not the first of course) : would any loving parent ever hide from their children?
consider it... our all knowing all loving father hides from us even though we cry out to know him.

That being said i 100% agree with you. What father would "allow" his children to suffer to no end to prove a point. Take job for example, "hey I don't think your child loves you, let me f%$# him up real bad to prove it".
But hiding, and making the bible so easily misunderstood (although I believe the witnesses are the ones who misunderstand it). Why would he make it something so easy for the devil to corrupt where 90% of the population is supposedly deceived? Why would he write a book that 9 out of 10 people will take the wrong way? Allowing deception and confusion to me would also be tantamount with the hiding you speak of. Good op

Great observations Pete, just one thing, Lett has not been coached, I can tell you first hand he has always talked and gestured like that, if anything he may be toning it down from 11 to say 9.
Also a good observation is that his appearance was much more conservative in this telethon style money begging, someone had mentioned it earlier, no pinky ring, but the whole attire in general is conservative.

*sigh* perry I know your heart is in the right place. When I was agnostic one thing that helped me believe was multiverses and string theory. It gave a physical explanation for a possible spirit realm or realms. However Calling it that would be based on the bible, and I won't even dignify the bible by calling it a book of myth, as all its myths are plagerized from other better myths. We used to think earth was so special. Well it is. But not as rare as we thought. Goldie locks zones are abundant. -

Im watching this now, and I am genuinely floored. They are shamelessly doing everything they say they aren't. Stop taking crazy pills jws! wake up!.
I also love the part I just heard about forgiving of the loans. werent those loans from the org? and they way they make it sound they pat them selves on that back likening themselves to a bank that forgives a mortgage.. wow.
