  Your frst ever computer

  what was the first ever computer that you owned?

  no doubt some here had some of the earliest home computers that came out such as the commodore 64. .

  i bought my first one relatively late in 1997, it had cpu 200 mhz mmx, 2.3gb hard disk, 64mb ram, 2mb graphics card, modem 36k.

  My first PC was a 40Mhz Intel Processor, 2mb of ram running Windows 3.11

  Death of a laptop

  well, i went ahead and killed my laptop.

  unfortunatly i didn't use a shotgun or a assault rifle, i used a .45 automatic pistoli .

  its not as dramtic as i had hoped but its still felt really good killing that thing.

  Final Fight - Round 1

  i did something smart lol!

  firstly talking respecfully to my mum got further than shouting so now the last ideas.... firstly i e-mailed the british musuem, ask about their tours, information on things they have on the site and all that.

  this will enable me to take mum there and show her the truth.. secondly and finally i've decided i want to contact the united nations.

  Lady Liberty, my advice is that rather than use my e-mails YOU e-mail to them using the same address i did and that way your mum won't think the contents have been influenced in any way.

  Guess what i know

  609-539 = 70 years

  The Babylonians first went for the Assyrians and that apprently ended 616-609... and all the way from then till 539 they carried on being naughty. funny eh?

  Read Jeremiah 25 and start at verse 8. note in verse 9 it mentions not just jerusalem would be affected but surrounding nations.

  Then read 25:11-12 and note WHEN we see the 70 years would end, 539 when the king of babylon was punished and that the slavery would last 70 years, not that they'd be back in 70 years. Read Ezra 1 and see also in the year cyrus issued his decree was that same year. His first yeah, mum said 609-608 but he did it in 609 i am sure for the prophecy to fit

  would the passage from new world translation be a miss print....because in the holy bible the word is god......so if god is not capitalized..then what god is the book referring to...because there is only one father and one living god witch is jesus...... .

  please help me , because this has been puzzling me...... .

  I can only say HOW you should respond but not the words.

  Be Calm and relaxed, explain what you know and how, how its affected you and make sure that you explain that IF it was Jehovah's Organization with his divine blessing mistakes from the society just wouldn't happen. The governing body sit, pray and listen to God and get it wrong? nah thats not right.

  As for her knowing of things that some things with the faith are wrong, you must stress what this means and explain that its not the only thing stopping you being a witness because i noted my mum used that against me.

  The worst films you watched

  we often talk about the best films that we have seen but what about the opposite, what were some films that really disappointed you either at the cinema or at home watching them from a dvd (or vhs though that got outdated now)?

  one film i found very boring was the "horse whisperer".

  I didn't enjoy Open-Water, a film that was hyped to be VERY scary. The description said "Blair Witch meets Jaws"...i could of made a scarier film in my kitchen sink.

  The best film however had to me "Naughty College Girls II"
