i think back at some of the simpler things we couldn't do or have because we were a witness.
i hardly know my father's (worldly) side of the family.
didn't know my grandfather, grandmother, aunts, uncles, cousins.
No worldly friends (normal folk eh)
Stepdad used to hit me to keep control so then...Couldnt see family that lived around corner without permission but could go to see JW friends
Me and my dad...its like hes someone i know and can live without. Why? because the JW's cut him out of my life.
Can't have females in my room...not even now...so i go to there house

now im not ashamed to admit i havent quite figured that out yet, so my reply was, it could be any minister who truely looks out for their congregation.
so my question is this....... what and who do those scriptures represent?
I believe it to be everyone. All of us have the ability to pray and communicate with God to know whats right.

theres this really stuck up jw woman who takes her son to the same nursey as my daughter, all the time she has been going there she has blanked me even when i've said "hello".. but today she came over with a big smile asking how i am, i'm guessing next time we see each other she will invite me to the memorial.

Unique1 - the probably also saw sept 11th as a good thing, step nearer to the end. If you look at the JW numbers for that year they rocket up.

My mum was on calls today with a friend. Anyway when they come back to our place mum goes out to work and the friend finishes her cup of tea.
So after discussing 607 we got to the UN scandal. She left saying she is gonna do her own research and not before saying "Tell you me if you find the truth elsewhere, because i want in" - it wasnt sarcastic and she said it in a way, i know if i could prove the JW's wrong she'd be out. I think she may have some doubts anyway. This is a key person, she brought my mum in to the org
Even though you may not want to, if you'd pray for this person i'd appreciate it.

each visit the co meets w/elders and discusses the latest policies from the branch.
these aren't verbatim.
I think the evidence its not for god is in the fact pioneering is about time and hours in not people helped.
