I'M GETTING REALLY FORGETFUL

my mind wanders alot (it always has) and i forget things.......hell the other day i put the jam in the bottom of the stove because my mind was wandering.......

Our memory is a complex system. Take calcium. Eat good, healthy food. Get good sleep. Exercise. Eat vegetables. Don't go on ANY diet, don't be afraid od gainig weight, most people eat less food that they should. Eat well, but do exercise. Oxygen is important. Do some hiking, some fun in park, bicycle, running if you can. This all will help you with you memory.

Mary, Thanks for comment. I never read your post before about Titanic, I am new to this Forum. I was in bed thinking about the poor peole suffering so much because of the JW deception recruiting scam . Then The thought hit me wit so much power that I was scared even to think about. But I know that you are good, intelligent person and we come to the same conclusion after study of the shameful History of the deceitful Slave.
I respect your knowledge and honest, brave opinion. How is that, that even we don't know each other, we come to same thought so many times competely independently??? This amaze me.
