Quick survey for apostates - please everyone just yes or no answer
by slimboyfat indo the other witnesses with whom you associate/once associated in general know that you are an apostate or have apostate inclinations?
the reason for the phrase "in general" is that it may be the case that one or two close friends know how you feel, but others in general do not.
in my own case, one other witness knows, but no one else, so i would answer the survey question with a "no".

If i am wrong then i will be corrected but i am sure gay people are genetically homosexual and not by pure choice....is this true?
Exactly KW, I feel the same way. I'm sure there are ones that choose to be, which is where you get into the bysexual thing, that's a whole other situation. But people that are homesexual that truely fall in love with a significant other of the same sex, and are dedicated to them, has to make you wonder. It is obviously the way they were born, genetically

Why would god make Gay people if it wasn't OK with him?
Kwin
I question that also. The bible says it's wrong, but then, I truly believe some people are just born that way. There have been scientific studies that showed how a male and felmale sperm entered a womans egg, but then, the famale sperm died. This could be a reason why....also, I think they are called "morphedykes", born with both sex organs, I don't see how god could send this person to hell, or what ever happens to us, for chosing the wrong sex, when he/she is born with both? How do you know what to chose? I have a VERY gay friend, who can't stand the thought of being with a woman, it grosses him out. But he is a loving wonderful person, I can't imagine God destroying him, it just doesn't make sense.... I don't think anyone has the real answer

Oh boy! 42? LOL
I wasn't raised in the religion. Got in at age 27. I did however, have morals. I was brought up that if your going to marry someone, you better live with them first to find out if you can get along, things like that. I was never a "bad girl" per say, but on another note, my anger makes me want to be I guess it's sort of a feeling of vengence

I have to say, with my kids, yes, I have morals. But out of their site, none! My hate for the world and WTS over rides my morality. That's pretty sad, but I just don't care Hopefully one day I will again

What Things Irritated You While A Witness?
by minimus ini used to hate it when i'd listen to brother blow give his long winded comment about how we're all supposed to do this or that----and he was barely considered a witness......we had a few elders, and especially the po who would go overtime just because they could.
the po's bookstudy always went overtime.
45 minutes into the meeting he was still on paragraph 3. and he would read every scripture including the ones quoted!!!

Oh my gosh, being told not only how to talk, being chastized for how I talked, but worst of all, being told how to raise my children! Don't let them do this, don't let them do that, on and on........everytime I was flabargasted!
Whatever!!!!!! I thought, maybe if I tied my kids up in a closet some where, and only let them see daylight 20 minutes a day, in my view OF COURSE, they, and myself, would be OK?
Dont think so!
