  Is it the lack of daylight that is making us...um..terse?

  ive noticed some terse and almost nasty comments on here lately..are we all taking our meds and all?the one cool thing about this forum was the lack of ugliness and name calling.now,it seems to be leaking in..im sorta new here.does this happen on here every year when the sunlight starts to diminish?there are forums where the heated jab and stab thing is appreciated and lauded.hope this isnt becoming one.i am very thin skinned.

  anyone done some research to refute the handful of anti-gay verses in the bible?

  i've done a bit of research on the net.

  i don't have the links handy, but most of them centered around the assertion that the original words in those passages were mis-translated.

  a brother from my old hall was giving the talk so my brother (who lives with me and has no idea how i feel) signed us up for hospitality.

  i decided i should at least make an appearance to stave off the storm a little.

  man, i can barely stand being there.

  yeah,the family thing is very powerful..its sorta sad to have relatives who are in an allconsuming cult.if you ignore them they say"see????" and if you dont they say 'see????"..its hard to know when youve won..

  youre all correct,i know..im very thin skinned,and got some nasty pm's during the hazard thing.also,i was pm'd for the shaved head thread..i truly meant no disrespect to anyone..the pm's were from total newbies.i really love the way this forum is.most folks are very respectful and helpful and all.good place to relax in at the end of a stressful day of watching the leaves turn color,and the geese heading south...

  call it what you will (a "star thesis", an "out of this world" thesis, or a "stellar thesis" from the telegraph, abc news, and antara news respectively), queen's guitarist brian may just handed in his astrophysics doctoral thesis - 30 years in the making.. .

  now let me point out that his thesis hasn't been approved yet - if he is like most of my friends it probably won't pass the margin lady's inspection the first time and he still has the oral exam (scheduled for august 23).

  but cool is cool.. .
