More evidence that WTS is hurting for $$$ - change to special pioneer mileage reimbursement
by sir82 inper a letter sent to all special pioneers in the us:.
previously the society reimbursed the special pioneers at a flat rate of x cents per mile, to cover the cost of gasoline and maintenance on their cars.
if i recall correctly, it may even have been the standard irs allowable deduction, something like 40-50 cents per mile.. beginning in 2010, the society will reimburse for mileage only, and strictly follow a mathematical formula, using:.

I just found some Elders meeting notes that talk about this.They have every meal and lodging need planned for these clowns,right down to Sister c.is sensitive to dairy and perfume,needs to have her hosts home very clean and odorfree.Brother c needs Some assistance with some work on his vehicle..And the money thing? Seems to me,by looking at these reports,that maybe they outta stop buying property and building more and more unusually expensive halls..Especially since most of it is touted as being volunteer.Well,I have evidence that certian members of teh body of Elders got paid for their time,while the other poor schmuks just worked in the mud and dirt for free.AND,an underaged kid,that was on a TRACTOR!!!!got injured on the quickbuild site,and had to be "bought off"...Hmmm...

by zzaphod inhi all, i left the wts in the late `80s, i`ve not really given them a thought, until one sleepless night recently i was trawling the `tinterweb, and came across various videos on youtube.
anyway`s, the reasons i left were many and varied, and one day i`ll sit down and relate them, but two things have always stuck in my mind, once i was asked "if someone could convince you that without a doubt "the truth" was wrong, would you believe them?
", to which i answered "of course i would", - that was me marked.

Just got ahold of "secret elders meetings" notes.
by aquagirl incant say how,but i am in possession of about 10 years worth of elders meetings notes.financial info,personal lists,signed letters etc.disfellowshipping meeting minutes,the works.it is unbelieveable.some of the note are "investigate so and so,she was seen at a movie,talk to sister so and so about her weight,investigate the matter between so and so and so and so etc.
letters from circuit servant visits w/recommendatons.anyone got any ideas?there are even minutes of a meeting in which some of the elders "had words"...all in glorious initialed and signed paper.numbers,names,contributions..what should i do with this "blessing from hohoba?

I personaly heard the local elder say,fron the platform,that "we have no need for charity in the hall.just look around,everyone here seems well fed!"..I kid you not,thats what he said.People kinda chuckled.This same d.bag also said that going to college wasnt good for you and didnt make you happy....Scary..
