  I just had a very interesting phone call from the JC

  i got a call today from a member of the judicial committee asking if i would meet with them.

  i asked them what for?

  i was told it was about my asking questions about wts involvement with the un and bethel layoffs and my getting information from an apostate website.. i told them i have never attended their kh and had been inactive for more than 20 years and no longer accepted their authority and they no longer had a control over my mind or what i read or say or do.

  Home Based Business?

  do any of you have a home based business?

  how did you get started?

  i was just on the radio talk show host, dr. laura website and she has a link their to home based businesses.

  I have a home based business. I would say not to spend the $9.99 just because all it will probably tell you is a bunch of information that can be found for free on the internet anyways. If you have any questions about starting a home based business your more than welcome to send me a PM with any question you might have. BTW I do IT consulting if you were wondering.

  How did I get started? Well thats kind of a broad question. There is alot of paperwork to fill out to start your business if you want to be legit. But after that, the actual process of winning customers was the next step. It is probably the hardest step for most people. For me it was easy because of all those years I spent going door to door trying to peddle stuff no one wants. It gave me the thick skin to go door to door in business parks trying to interest people. Actually for me I found that I got WAY WAY WAY better reception from people by going door to door rather than cold calling on the telephone. I guess most people just don't have the heart to be rude to your face in a business setting.

  Anyways, If you live in California I can help fill you in more about forming a Sole Proprietorship / LLC / or INC.

  i dont see how this would work either unless uk TVs transmit a small signal... how can then know if your recieving airwaves since the airwaves permeate (<--- spelled right?) every house, even ones without TV's... hmmm

  it seems to me that all the jw's i knew while going to the meetings, weather they were spiritually strong or weak, never criticized.

  they were like real sheep.. i used to always bitch about the length of the meetings and the time of the meetings and so on.....when i drove the brothers back home in my car or talked to them in private.. naturally i would only say this to my closer jw friends or those i knew wouldn't squeal on me.. .

  I personally have heard it out of the mouths of many of my "friends"

  Mostly along the lines of "I just dont understand it, if they are Jehovah's people why don't people show more love"

  This coming out of the mouths of people not doing so well in life right now, and being stomped on by other "brothers and sisters" who take opportunities away from them for their own selfish gain. Actually I too have been a victim of this. Lost a 60k yr job cuz of a brothers selfishness :-(

  i play a game called world of warcraft.. i know of 2 other people on my server that are jw.. one is a fader and the other a regular at the meetings.. i actually discovered them by accident after chatting with them during christmas time.. just wondering if anyone else here plays on wow.. confucious
