  with prince albert in heaven at jesus' right hand, there is now a gap in the force among the governing body.. the new administration is now one man short.

  who will be his replacement?

  maybe that's why they appointed geoffrey jackson and the other dude to gb members - they knew schroeder was going soon, maybe barr will be next.. .

  sometimes i wonder, with the number of letters that the wt receives refuting doctrine & practices, does the gb really buy what they put out?

  or are they just pushing literature and living off the collections from congregations.

  i would think that if i received overwhelming evidence of the faultiness of my religion, i'd be forced by my own conscience to change or speak up or make a difference.

  Do JW's elders really want to know what kind of "sexual activities" you did

  i know many ex-jw elders out there have the first hand knowlege of this but i was wondering do the elders really want to know everything you did when you were engage in sexual activity that got you in front of a judicial committee when you were a jw or now.

  i have heard horror stories of the elders wanting to know did the person have an "orgasim" did they perform "oral sex" did they perform "anal sex" etc; i can't believe that a person could be so "nosy" as to want to know what a person did in the bedroom.

  i know a girl who is now df that i work with and she said that one of the elders asked her what size penis did her boyfriend have and did she prefer "small" or large penises.

  If it,s older or less attactive couple, I doubt if they're as curious. They asked if I had 'intercourse' when I confessed(after telling my wife) and they only put me on private reproof because my wife was df because she smoked during a nervious breakdown. They did ask if her drive was low due to her bad health, and said that makes a difference.

  They did not press me for details, and said they didn't to be too personal.

  katrina ruined my roof, and they're comming to fix it.

  i'm fixxing a big lunch for them & need suggestions on beverages, food, etc.

  At the assembly when the newer songbooks were released, the speaker said some of the melodies 'inadvertinly' infringed on other songs.

  ~Mormons Not Laughing About Polygamy Comedy~

  i find it hard to be sympathetic to polygamists who are offended by the hbo comedy.

  for me the idea of mormon polygamy so disturbing, that i cringed when the california zephyr (amtrak) crossed the colorado/utah border traveling into utah, i immediately got the creeps.

  it was just eery.

  I am glad I'M not a young LDS male, having to compete with older, more affulent married males for a wife. Certainly they don't have have that many young women to go around.

  Thought pural marriages were banned as a condition for Utah to become a state.

  I realy enjoyed "PAINT YOUR WAGON" though.
