the elders warned me that if any i talk about anything said in the judicial committee or post any pictures i've taken, i'm in big trouble and i don't want these people as enimies!

The elder sounds like he is trying to be a lawyer himself.

Yes, the elders are more than willing to threaten you with the law if you annoy them or don't follow their silly procedures, but they totally refuse to repect the law when sited against their procedures.

i got an email back from an elder this morning and it looks like the boe is going to treat my email as a letter of disassociation.

he said he was sad but would forward my email to the congregation that currently has my publishers card.

this wonderful elder also took the liberty of calling a brother that im really close to and told him about my email, he also sent him a copy (this brother is not an elder!).

i've got the conversation my 'laywer' jason had with the head of my appeal hearing ghram, he refues to answer any questions about the recorder being tampered with, but denies that anyone named 'sean' was at the meeting, then later he talks about talking to 'sean' at the meeting!.

this guy is so desprate to cover his own ass.

btw, i will testify that the bag was closed when i was in the room before i left and that it was open after i got back.

I understand all the coimments about call the police being useless and I'm sure this is probably true, however, a law suit would be a viable option for Sean to recope any finical loss he incured because of losing his audio files.

Also, this goes both ways, the threats the elders make about charging me with recording them or taking their picture will be just as laughed at as our attempts to charge them with deleting files on the recorder.

Here's my plan, lets find a time we can both go to the committee together again, while I am in the hall you call the police and tell them about the recording. After you do this call my cell, I will then pull out my Camera and start recording everything thats going on and when the police arive we will both testify that they went through your bag and tamped with your equipment. I will be taping the elders when the police show up, it will be great, we can actually get the look on their eyes when the police come in and see if the elders lie to the police.

I don't have all the names and numbers of the elders yet, but I'm trying to get those details, when I do I will inform you. I've also had many requests the the KH phone number from people as well as many requests for why I'm doing this.

First I have stated MANY times why I'm doing this, please go back and read my previous posts to understand my goal here. This is not about me, this is about them and exposing them for who they are. But again a detailed explaination is given in previous posts.

As far as the KH phone number is concerned, when my project is over I will release the name of the hall and its phone number here as this is public knowledge. But not until my project is complete. I don't want any one tiping the elders off this stuff is already on the net.
