Yes I remember and during the hour talks I gave I had a summary with scriptures and I studied for a day or two before I gave it. I just ad libbed I tried to get the cong to get involved but they all looked like stepford folks. IT IS ALL CRAP AND THE SAME OLD THING!!!!!!!!!

i remember getting a slip with a topic on it, but what else was on that slip?
did it tell you what scriptures you should cite, or what book the talk was based on?

News from Afghanistan a soldiers eyewitness account
by hambeak ina young man came in today so he could get his brother in laws car ready to go to mississippi for t-giving.
he is here on 2 weeks leave from afghanistan.
he told me one of the things the terrorists are doing is stuffing wounded persons with explosives and then when they are in the ambulance or hospital they are detonated by remote and blown up.

I have never heard or seen this on the news. Has any one else?
He also stated that the news we see is very watered down as to what is really going on there. He told me a lot of stories but I don't think it would be in good taste to post it on a public forum.

Impulsive buyer....What was I thinking?~?
by purplesofa inyesterday, i was in wal-mart, taking care of some business at the service desk, while i was there, i thought......i'll just browse a bit and then get home.. before i knew it i was at the check-out with a hotdog griller...!!!!!!
you know it looks kinda like the ones at gas stations, movie theatres, ball parks!!
i barely eat 10 hot dogs a year and thats just when i don't have another choice.. i have never bought anything stupider that i can remember.. forty bucks spent........maybe five bucks back after i keep it five years.......selling it in a gargae sale.. tell us.....do you buy things impulsively and what was your biggest mistake?.

by hambeak injohns mom called again today 8 times to be exact and she is insisting that if her precious gets out of prison while jake is in california it is my responsibility to go pick him up.
also i am supposed to go buy him a belt to hold his pants up since he has gained weight so he can wear his designer clothes home from prison.
i told her in a nice way i can't do that and he can use his bus ticket to get home.

I told Jake to talk to his mom and he won't do it. I guess he has too much anger about his brother. I am just tired of this and will probably leave the whole damn bunch period.

Assuming you want to remain a member in good standing, all you have to do is show true repentance. Question: What if you have discovered some discrepancies with wt dogma? You are then apostate. What if you smoke? Quit. What if you're pregnant? Disfellowshipped.
There are a variety of reasons for being in the inquisition. Your notes for preparation are useless. Read Crisis of Conscience by Ray Franz. He was a member of the Governing Body for god sake and look what they did to him.
