The Decline of Elders and Ministerial Servants

i seem to remember somebody saying that since the 90's the number of elders has declined from 90000 to 60000. does anybody have any hard figures regarding this?.

the organization is desperate for "qualified" men.

but their standards are much too high, especially the monthly field service hour requirements tagged on to endless meetings and congregational busywork.

Sorry to hear about your relationship issues. I'll comment on that, the best thing you both can do is work on rebuilding your relationship together and not letting others interfere. Even if you guys(or she) have slip ups, don't involve the borg. It's your private business. You'll probably find that alot of the reason for the relationship issues are borg related. Even if they aren't, getting out of it and working together as true partners and friends without any interference is the best thing you can do.

What exactly is this "strong message"? Other than these elders are on an assembly program? Can you Provide specifics like a direct quote? I feel like we are not hearing the whole thing.
