  Is Sponge Bob Square Pants, gay?

  i was speaking to this woman at work today, and my phone rang and as my ringer for a certain friend, i have the sponge bob square pants song .... "who lives in a pineapple under the sea .... ".

  ... well she is a little strange and very ultra christian.

  she started telling me, that her church she goes too feel that sponge bob and patrick are portraying the gay lifestyle.

  That is stupid. People just look for stuff to cause problems. They should focus on more helpful things instead of making a fuss over spongebob.

  Wow, thats disturbing. I wrote them a complaint, but I doubt it will make any difference. I would be ticked if I saw it in front of the Wal Mart here.

  thanks to all who have responded with my questions about law and and illness and my legal rights.

  i now know from my attorney that i actually do have more control than i was led to believe.

  now my kids all in their mid 20's and early 30's get only what i want them to have.

  How many hours do your work a week?

  just curious.

  i work between 50-to 65 hours a week, sometimes 70. in fact i don't of anyone in the company i work for that works less then 48. does anyone here work a "normal" 40 hour week?

  does it even exist anymore?.

  I work about 15 hours a week usually. I am mostly a full-time Mom and wife , which I think counts as two full time jobs. My husband works about 60 hours a week right now. Its kind of our trade off--I take care of pretty much everything else...kids, house, grocery shopping, meal planning, bills etc. He pretty much doesn't have to do anything around the house. I would be EXHAUSTED if I had to do the JW thing still.

  Did anyone really buy into the "Universal Sovereignty" issue?

  i am new to the forum, but not new to jw indoctrination.

  even as a child, i would ask myself, "why would the almighty creator need to prove anything to anyone, including him/her/itself?

  really, one of the few scriptures that i do actually agree with is that 'god is love.

  How many times did we hear from the stage the analogy of the race and the runners just about to give up and then right around the corner was the finish line so the racers used the last bit of stored energy and made it through the finish line. I HATED when they used that. It was so robotic, didn;t they have the brains to come up with any kind of other analogy??

  but is it apostacy --- not being repentant for anything (no matter what the "sin" is) --- saying *something* (i forget what) about the "holy spirit"- this last one seems sorta familiar... .

  natascha kampusch, who was held in what she described as a hen battery for 8 years, has given her first interview to ausrtrian tv.

  it's quite a story.

  this was on yahoo news.kidnapped girl only thought of escapewednesday september 6, 05:38 pm .

  Thats amazing. She sounds like a bright girl. I hope she can get past this and live a normal happy life.
