Alan, believe it or not the man you were taking about in Woodland, WA is my daughter's Uncle through a remarraige of her fathers mother. From what I understand it was a very bad situation for the Witnesses there for a long time......reporters in front of the Hall for every meeting. tee hee. Anyway, this man apparently was loved by all of the children and he was perceived to be just a guy who liked to take interest with young children that had no fathers in their lives. His father is an Elder there in Woodland. From what I gather no one knew about it until one young man came forward with information. But as we know, if it WAS covered up, no one at the time it came forward would ever admit it. This guy is in jail and will be there for a long long time.

proplog, I can understand how you feel. This can be a bit freaky to say the least. Before I decided to post I wanted ot look up information about this and see if I could find anything that would be something like what I saw that night.
I visited a lot of sites and my eyes just about bugged out of my head when I went to this site:

Go down to #3 and then read the interview right under that. This is an interview of a man that had seen the same thing that I saw it, apparently the same night but at a different part of town. I was right about the time frame then, just under 2 months shy of 3 years.

neyank, I saw the thing about 3 years ago and I saw it reported last year as being seen on the east coast. Just before I saw it there had been many reports here in Arizona. One of them being a "fleet" of lights flying together and then all of a sudden they dispersed. It was investigated and they could find no reasonable explanation for it. No Military training flights...etc.
redhorsewoman, kind of eery huh? And talking about it only brings bad results....at least from what I have seen. LOL
proplog, no I didn't report it. I guess after my daughter asked me if I were drinking I didn't want to get more of that. haha

neyank, I have been watching this thread and was afraid to post because of the naysayers and because proplog was asking for experiences like his. Thank you! About 3 years ago I was outside looking at the stars when something off to my left caught my attention. It wasn't an abrupt movement but it seemed to be moving very slowly. I looked to my left and saw this huge and I mean huuuuugggeeee black, v-shaped object almost hovering over the entire block across the street. It made absolutely no sound. None. I mentioned it to my daughter the next day and she poo poo'd it and asked if I were drinking. LOL. Anyway, last year I read in the news about the same thing happening in the eastern part of the US. I think it was in Connecticut and it was seen by law enforcement officials in 3 counties and then it was gone. I showed my daughter and needless to say she had a different attitude.

I followed a vehicle yesterday right here in Tucson with the license plate KIDVAN. I thought that was a cute vanity plate. Wow, if I had only known. I called the FBI today and reported it. I remember coming up behind it and being stuck for a few minutes because he was going under the speed limit. At that time I thought "Wow, is this person running from the law or something?" Because no one, and I mean NO ONE here drives the speed limit much less under it. haha. Anyway, we will see what happens.

I agree with you hawk. Back in the day (in the Borg) I can remember many times when a "householder" would want to talk just from the Bible.......no literature. Wow, what a frenzy that would cause. They would make sure that it was stated before the next visit what the subject would be, and there would be groups of people in the meantime getting together to put together information........FROM THE LITERATURE! And if, while at the home (return visit) the householder tried to get on to another subject, it of course couldn't be handled at the moment because they were not prepared for it. At this point it would be put on the shelf until they (witnesses) could get together again to research so they could be prepared for the next visit.
For me this only proved that the r&f DID NOT KNOW as much about their own religions teachings as they would like to have the general population think. It wasn't until many years later though, that I finally realised how much people within the Borg really rely on the Organization for every thought.
My husband, never a Witness although he studied for a while, said it is true that the Borg is full of sheep. I was a bit taken back by that, then he explained it further....."they are just like sheep in the fact that sheep will follow anyone anywhere with no questions asked."
