  Hee Haw was not clean

  so, my son bought me a device that allows me to look up and watch anything i want.

  i remember years ago , i enjoyed the television show hee haw on sunday evenings.

  i naively thought it was wholesome family entertainment.

  what is the sales technique here?

  jw's will never knock on your door and say, "hi, we are here to convert you".

  speaking to a reporter recently a jw media rep at hq said " our main purpose going door to door is not to convert but to share bible truths with people".

  does anyone know the sales techniques involved here?

Bernays was so successful in mind manipulation of the public that his biography was entitled, The Father of Spin.   both are alone in car as the only 2 out in field service.

  I can recall 4 'secret sex' instances from my time at Watchtower Farms in the mid-'70's.

  1. The dentists wife (John Appeltauer) was looking for an out from their marriage. She finally took up with and ran off with a family man from the Highland Congregation.

  2. Young Spanish brother that worked on the wrappers was having sex with an underage girl in his congregation. He was finally caught, disfellowshipped and sent home.

  3. One of the Society's truck drivers was getting it on in truck stops with prostitutes. He was a Bethel Elder and had a very nice attractive wife. Got caught and was disfellowshipped and sent home.

  4. Can't remember this guys name. He was a Ministerial Servant and was having sex with a local worldly 'farmers daughter'. It was a minor scandal as the farmer did a lot of business with Watchtower and held the witnesses in high regard. Disfellowshipped and sent home. I remember him sitting in the lobby and crying his eyes out.

  I am sure that there were more that we never even heard about. The human sex drive is very powerful. More powerful than even 'holy spirit'!

  at one time scientists believed that living things and non-living things were made of different material, accounting for the unique properties of living things.

  this idea is called vitalism and is no longer popular.

  what does remain popular (in fact is still the dominant view) is a similar idea that things that experience the world (humans, frogs, mice) are different from things that don't experience the world (potatoes, rocks, snowflakes).

  ok, so what are the most deceptive comments that you have heard from your experience in congregations?.

  my top three are;.

  1) service overseer during the ’ how did we do?’ annual talk, twisted the figures to such an extent that it looked like the congregations ministry was in tip-top shape.

  There is a ventilation shaft/tunnel underneath the E building dining room at Wallkill. It can only be accessed through the storage room by the laundry. Do you suppose the demons use this as a 'portal' for their channeling?
