  Thanks Lady Lee, I actually took that picture in the West Midlands Safari Park in England. It looks like a professional shot but it isn't, just good luck I think.

  ' leaflet makes an interesting claim that in the book 'holocaust politics' published in 2001, says : 'if more people practiced versions of what the jehovah's witnesses preach and practice, the holocaust could have been prevented and genocide would scourge the world no more.'.

  Some jw's are lovely people and the world would be a better place if the world was full of those ones.
  
  However, a percentage of jw's are not at all nice , so someone would have to sort them out into nice and not nice (sheep and goats - LOL).

  Charles T. Russell. If is wasn't for him, we all wouldn't be in this mess, and our lives would be completely different.
  
  The perpetrator of 'the lie' has to be the biggest villain. I hate him. My family shun me because of him. If he wasn't already dead I would like to kill him.

  hello all.. i have always wondered what feelings people have in the hours/minutes prior to getting baptised, the seconds immediately afterwards and then the first few hours thereafter?.

  i've never done it, but it seems like it would be a real head f-!.

  anyone willing to share their experiences?.

  i see so many so-called religious people being hypocritical to the religion they profess to have faith in.

  they may say "hey, i'm only human", as if this excuses their behaviour.

  For a lot of people, a get out from the 'death clause' is their carrot.
  
  Does that make sense? To summarise:
  
  The donkey = You
  
  The person trying to get control of the donkey = Religion

  im interested in hearing what your personal reaction would be if (i say if because probably 99.9% here believe this will never happen) all the religions of the world were to be suddenly banned/shut down/decommissioned/liquidated/dismembered/etc.. by the political powers of the world.

  this time it wasn't coffee liquour.. i sat by her...stupid idea...she asked a question...i laughed uncontrolably...she asked if i was drunk...i sobered up quick unlike mel gibson..."of course not"...she said she will take me to the elders since jehovah does not accept drunkenness.

  cool..i'll take drunkeness over apostasy any idea (edit: day) ... i drink to that!

  Recently a circuit overseer and his wife, from my area, were relieved of their duties due to them both being alcoholics!
  
  The CO's wife hardly ever came out on fs due to her terrible 'migraines'. Now we know they were really hangovers, LOL.
