Interesting how Australia (Darwin) was bombed by the Japanese after Pearl Harbour.

as i announced some time ago, jwd as it is will not continue .... ... but .... it's clear from people's comments that they do like the site and many would like it or something else like it to continue.. one issue was the forum software that was self-developed and not really in a good state to hand-over to anyone but i've been working on that and can now reveal the first release of what will probably be called jwn (son of jwd):.
http://www.jehovahs-witness.net/.
it is still work-in-progress so not all features are enabled yet but it will allow you to browse the site in a similar way to this one and it is pointing at the same database (although because of the way the caching works, new posts made on this site won't appear immediately).
Help! Revisited - unable to login and same or different password not accepted.
I'm not under Members either. What do I do to be there?

"all we have is now, the past has gone, the future hasn't happened yet" my favorite .
very apt as well.
All we have is this present moment, the now.
The past, as I look back to it, is sweet. Plainly that means I'm getting older and sentimental. Each person is a product of their past making them who they are right now.
Our future is unknown and we move forward into it each second. One hour ago is the past and we are unable to return.
Time is a strange thing, like we are multi-dimensional beings.

does wt teach that the rider on white horse is jesus?.
do the other horsemen have identities that are actually named?.
From memory I think they do still teach this that Jesus is the first horseman riding the White horse (Rev 6:2) followed by the 4 horsemen.
Also Rev 19:11 'the faithful and true' one and the same first on the White horse but this time followed by an army.
According to them it's the same horse and same rider only having different duties. That's all I recall.

the selection of the society in 1919 as the faithful and discreet slave after jesus spent nearly 5 years observing them.
jesus must have had some good lsd.
Right towards the end - after considerable thought and prayer on the matter..
sitting and passing the plate, not being allowed to partake.
