I make much more now than before Bush, so do many of my friends....? Some don't, That is just the way things go. The economy goes up and down. Peoples situations change. Many Many factors are involved. No one likes it when they are on the short end of the stick. When you get there you have to ask "what am I going to do about it?" I choose to make my own destiny rather than rely on the government. The people in New Orleans waited on the government, see what happened to them. i have found exactly 0, anywhere, forsale that is.
i went to rice university and spent about 20 bucks and copied the whole thing (all 300+ pages with plates images in the back).

I don't think so, I could be wrong, but he did publish several books. And the ABC book was published by J.J. Agustine Locust New York, or something like that. That is cool though, I thought that that should be a service offered by kinkos, hard to find books or self publish, just order from kinkos and run down and pick it up... Maybe they have his other one too.

I have been searching for a copy of Graysons ABC 1975 to purchase for my own for some time. I have found exactly 0, ANYWHERE, forsale that is. SO I went to Rice University and spent about 20 bucks and copied the whole thing (all 300+ pages with plates images in the back). Then I went to kinkos and had the ledger size sheets cut down. I am in the process of scanning these copies so I can put the whole thing into PDF. I am not going to sell it for any who might be interested, but because of the rarity of this book and the importance to JW's I will make it available if you feel like you need the whole thing, I do cause everyone or I should say every witness questions the veracity of any negative info. Thus now I can show them the whole thing and point them to a library copy and dare them to compare. It is a lot to scan and I need to cleanup the dark edges and straighten some of the images, so it may take some time....man I need a high speed scanner. Anyway just thought I would let you know. The book is mustard yellow by the way, not at all what I expected. Grayson is pretty good though, I started reading the intro and such and it is quite obvious he has NO agenda. He gives some good examples as to why the tablets are reliable and discusses some of the other historical evidence that is related. I must tip my hat to Lady Liberty, it was her getting the book through the library that prompted me to look for it there. Thanks. Well, it is always fun spending an afternoon bent over a copier with a book about babylonian chronicals! -r

OK I am going to only make one last post on this cause it appears some still have that old JW attitude "our opinion is the only which is right" Anyway asleif_dufansdottir My comment you felt like responding to did not mean that I would be running around waving real or toy guns around. I meant that making "comments" about guns in a joking manner was not joking with an actual gun. It was only a reference to a gun. SEE? Your additional comments come across at though you think that you are smarter and better than me. Should I choose to view them that way or should we both try to use a little reason on the matter and think that there might possible be something deeper and the person behind the words might be a little more complex than what they write on a web forum. I agree with you and your father, all guns should be treated as loaded, I was taught that at a young age before going hunting. I owned guns most of my life and respect them greatly. As I said before I would never joke with an actual gun, especially around cops, that would be a bad idea, I know several cops and support them, even without a gun I am very cautious when dealing with them in cases like being pulled over for a traffic violation. I hope you understand where I am comming from. -r

I did figure there would a few who didn't like guns and might get pissy.
This is kind of funny seeing how we talk so much about the bible and what things mean and this sentence is misunderstood, I was talking about two groups the ones who "didn't like guns" and those that "might get pissy". second I wether guns are a joking matter is really a personal thing, you may not think they are, I may. I personally would not think "really" brandishing a gun for fun would be proper but some may. In the context I made reference to them I thought it ok. But once again it is a personal thing and you are free to feel how you want. again, even though I do not agree with you on this point, I still respect you. -r

Ok Ok...Everybody, I see I got a few peoples ire up. I was not ACTUALLY serious. At least a few people realized that. I do like guns but I have a great respect for them and would never really do something like this. Sorry if I got anyone really stirred up. I did figure there would a few who didn't like guns and might get pissy. I did like the suggestion about the star trek costume. That was awesome, I laughed at that one. I will video tape it if it ever does happen, that will be the only shooting besides shooting down their arguments. And for whoever said something about mature and if they could piss off too, well....yeah, if you are going to be a hard ass. -r

This would not be brandishing the weapon and I will be in my own house. I may even use a fake gun. But I bet this will make them think twice about getting testy with me. *evil laugh* I will be video recording the whole thing too. What do you guys think?
