They will be back in a couple weeks to give them time to look up all the scriptures they need to for our discussion about the new covenant, the 144,000 and whether or not all christians go to heaven. I told them to take their time, I will be awaiting their return and promised to invite them in.

The condition of the dead
by jgnat ina self-proclaimed knowledge of the jehovahs witnesses is the condition of the dead, knowledge that somehow the rest of the world has missed.
their claim to this knowledge comes from a unique interpretation of the bible.
to even entertain this belief, the reader must also trust the bible as a reliable source of information.. the jehovahs witnesses reinforce this knowledge of death and resurrection with attractive images of the paradise to come.. .

jgnat,
Thats for posting this. The two jw's who came to my door today told me they had no plans on going to heaven and that was fine by them. Instead they looked forward to spending eternity on paradise earth. You are correct, the WT has its own brand of christianity and they sell it well. Peace, Lilly

Start preparing now for 2011 memorial night demonstration ! Sunday, April 17, 2011, after sundown
by koolaid-man innow is a good time to start making preparations for the memorial night demonstration at your kingdom hall sunday, april 17, 2011, after sundown.
the evils of the watchtower org.have to be exposed and this is an ideal time to do it.
many around the world have been adversely affected by their association with jehovah's witnesses.

Rick,
That is funny coming from you , someone who obviously lives in the illusionary world of his own mind.

I listened to the call again and I think I misheard and you are right it was Johnny who said he spoke to rick during the call. he claims Rick is ok with what was going on. Of course he is, he used it as advertising. As I told you before I am hard of hearing, that is why I sound loud on the call. My phone needs to be turned up to the highest volume for me to hear it. But I did make a mistake, I confused Johnny's voice with Joes.
So I apologize to Joe for saying that it was him. It was johnny.
Interesting is that some on the call seem to suggest Johnny is not truthful and maybe in an 'insane asylum". hmmmmm.
But Rick did lie about not knowing anything about the six screens call until Monday and his own tape proves it. Rick, please post the church call too because on it you ask How it went with johnny when you aleady knew how it went from johnny. This is WHY I felt like it was a set up against me. And the call proves you already had testimony from 2, johnny and shiela about the call BEFORE Monday. And you know what the WT says about "two witnesses"

Can Christians Give a Witness Alongside Jehovah's Witnesses? A brother will tell me tonight at the memorial.
by garyneal inokay, long title but now that i have your attention i can elaborate on what led up to this question and my attending the reject jesus party tonight to find out the answer.. my wife signed up to auxilliary pioneer, or whatever title you get for the limited time only special of a mere 30 hours of door to door work this month.
therefore, she has been away from home a lot slaving for the slave.
today, i called her on it and said that we could use her more at home helping me take care of things like the kids and the housework.

If that is true, I have never heard of anyone doing that before. So it must be something new, but I doubt it. I think it is just a plan to get you to attend the memorial tonight hoping the spirit of the Jehovah will speak to you. You know how JWs are, they will say anything just to have a chance to "witness" to you. Its a scam, go to your regularly scheduled meeting. Peace, Lilly

Outlaw,
I saw your post on the memorial thread, that was very sweet of you, thank you. I agree with you about Rick's approach. I have been handing out flyers in my area and had a good conversation with 2 witnesses who came to my door today to invite me to the memorial. A started a thread about it. We talked for a half hour and never did I put them down in any way. I told them I accept them in the brotherhood of Christ because they do believe in him. But I just felt that they should be in the new convenant and the WT threw them out, that is all. I said it with love, not hate.
Anyway, I was going to help Rick and bring some flyers up for people to hand out but when my hubby and I talked about it, we both agreed we did not like the spirit in which Rick went about his memorial witnessing, even demonstrating outside the kh. My husband compared it to a hate crime. He did not want me anywhere near Rick or his group when that day came, tonight I guess it is. I also feel demonstrating during a religious event is inappropriate. We may not agree with how they carry it out, but ultimately it is their business how they observe the day. Peace, Lilly

pc,
I left the call early and did not hear that. But there was another place where Joe says he called Rick and Rick is not happy with what is going on, now I cannot find it. Did anyone else hear Joe say this? If you can isolate that clip pc, please post it for me, thanks.
If not, Johnny does say Rick is aware what happened, but he says that Rick is ok with it? I smell a big rat on this one. think there was some editing work going on here. but I can't prove it.
I am sorry I do not trust Rick with the church call either, I think he will edit it bigtime.

PC, Thank you!
I know he Knew and he was told twice the folowing day but yet still says he did not know until Monday. He is trying to backtrack.
I know Rick's wife is not well, and that is why he should focus on her and not trying to tear down the WT at every waking moment even making up lies about a fake bethelite. My husband said the same thing after we left the church meeting one day held in Rick's home. Ray said all that negative comments about the WT cannot be good for Inez. They should both focus on Christ and him alone.

This brother who is new to the local hall has NO CLUE I am an apostate in the WT's eyes. He was with a sister who also did not know me. We had a great conversation for 30 minutes about Jesus the 144,000 and the heavenly calling. I had been accepting mags for months from this brother.
this is a synopsis of the visit;
He gives me the invitation but I ask him If I attend this memorial and am a Christian, can I partake of the bread and the wine? He says No because unlike other churches teach they believe that not all christians should partake only those going to heaven which he didn't think was all of them. I told him I disagree and I KNOW I am going to heaven.
Since you don't partake, let me ask you this "If you die tomarrow, will you be resurrected?" he says yes he will. So then,I had him read scriptures in John 6: saying "unless you eat my body and drink my blood you have no life in you", If you do, "I will raise you on the last day". I asked him how he would be resurrected if he did not partake, when Jesus said "you have no life in you". He says that "life" means everlasting life and that is only for those going to heaven. He then mentions it is limited to only the 144,000. And that only they are in the new convenant with Jesus.
Right away I say "that number is not literal, it is taken from Rev. the most symbolic book of the bible." If you take it literal than they are all Jewish men who are virgins". Then he says "well, how come you are not taking John 6 as symbolic but literal and not Rev?" I am like thats a good Q, I am saying that because John wrote both books and he himself said Revelation was a vision given him by Christ "in signs and symbols". But he makes no such statement in John. That book is his gospel account of Jesus' teachings.
So now he throws out a red herring to distract from Revelation being symbolic and asks "well, what will people be doing in heaven?". I said they will reign with Christ. He is like well don't they have to reign over subjects on the earth? So I say, well we are not discussing that right now, we are discussing the fact that Christians go to heaven to be with Christ. He says again, well I don't believe I am going to heaven.
I say "thats fine then you are telling me you are fleshly and not spiritual because your mind is focused on earthly desires? He says yes I guess so. I am like, well I am not judgeing you for that but you know that means you will go through the trubulation and the judgement of the earth when Christ returns, then right?"
He says he will but so will I go through it. I then tell him "no I will not for you see, my hope is heavenly and I have already been covered by the blood of Christ, he has blotted out my sins, I have already been judged and the bible says there is no condemnation left for me. I have been saved and am "in Christ". I already have God's spirit testifying to this fact that I am a child of God.
He tells me "my sins are also blotted out", So I ask him "by what?", you just told me its not by the blood of the lamb because you do not partake at the memorial and are not in the new convenant. So you are in fact still in your sins. I ask him "whose sins are covered by the blood then, only 144,000?" He said no the whole worlds but only the 144,000 right now. And then he changes the subject again and asks me this:
So you are saying "once saved always saved", I tell him " I never said that, nor do I believe that, obviously if I became an Apostate ( I almost laughed when I used this word), after being a Christian and rejected Christ, since I have already been covered by the blood, I will not be saved. That is sinning against the holy spirit.
He then does not know where to go with it, the sister with him is quiet and just shaking her head. He looks confused because he just said he was not in the new convenant and is trying to explain further but really cannot. I said to him you are either in the new convenant or under the old one by law, which is it? He says he will be under the new covenant but not yet in the future.
By now my nieghbors (who are jewish) are looking over and wondering what is going on. And the brother and sister are getting nervous. So I wrap it up with this, I ask him to please research the "little flock" and "144,000" and the new convenant and come back so we can talk some more about it. Get all the scriptures you can together and I will invite you in to share them with me, to show me why you believe what you do". I tell him I will do this in love and not to argue. I am really trying to understand his beliefs.
Then I let him and the sister know that I accept them as brothers and sisters in the faith because they believe in Christ, although I am sure they don't feel the same. But they assurred me they are not to judge anyone's heart.
So it left off good, and they both promised to come back in a few weeks. I will keep everyone up to date on this. I hope they are ready for I will be also, Peace Lilly
