I remember an elder won a small amount from the lottery many years ago. He was privately reproved. Used the money to build a music studio for his daughter because she could sing really well.
I would enjoy my winnings and say to hell with them.

Just be yourself. I ended up dating an ex-elder . It's been wonderful!!! We have a common ground. Keep your head up, it'll be just fine!

Do you exercise or isn't that your thing.
by LouBelle infor the last 5 and 1/2 weeks i have been at the gym mostly twice a day except saturdays - i only have one training session.
each of my sessions is at least an hour long but can go for two hours.
i do various cardio in the evenings and do strength training in the morning.

I love weightlifting. My body type is mesomorph (sp?) so it's pretty easy to build muscle. I eat healthy and take all of the necessary supplements (very important). REST is very important as well. I want to compete in the future but have not dedicated myself to it yet.
I'm so happy to hear that you're enjoying yourself and enjoying your results! Thats the best part -- the healthy end results.

by passwordprotected inhas anyone else heard tell of interviewees in convention parts being told what to say?
the way i've heard it is you're contacted to be interviewed in a convention talk because you've had a great experience in some form or other and they need you to boast about it.
so, you meet with the brother handling the assignment and you go through your experience with him (boast about it).

I once had to give an experience at an assembly of how I was persecuted at school for not saluting the flag. And how I stood up for my beliefs.
Man! That just brought back memories...I supressed. I remember two parts and one part being about not saluting the flag...the other about witinessing in school while being persecuted. None of that s*** really happened....I was just good in the hall at the time and they used me to say all of that crap!

I had that happen. I was told what to say, how to say it and my experience was totally distorted.
You're just so excited to be on stage and be the big shot at that time that you go with it. Bulls***!

I had a Jehovah's Witness at my door this morning
by Vincent ini had a jehovah's witness knocking on my door on 31/05/08 it was very happy female, i could of have shouted at her but i was very close going that way as my legs were shaking a little bit like jelly as i was talking to the jehovah's witness finding polite way of shooing her away.
i have used the word cult to them but they denied it.
i said about emma gough but they said its because she wasn't looked after.

I would be running for my Ouija board if I ever saw a witless at my door. That way, I would send every demon their way that I could summon, and that should be the last time they ever bother me.
Then we'd hear or read about this "experience" in the watchtower or somewhere. Or we'd hear this story circulated by those dumb asses. lmao
