Prior to 1914, Satan was able to roam between heaven and earth (remember when you came before God in regards to Job?) but he has since been banned and that is why the earth must woe...

Where did the first Sin happen?
by JH inas far as i'm concerned, the first sin occured in heaven, when satan rebelled against god, not in the garden of eden.. god knowing this, shouldn't he have warned adam and eve that satan would tempt them.
since in revelation 12:12 it's written: .
woe for the earth and for the sea, because the devil has come down to you.

What Can't You Stand About Jehovah's Witnesses?

i was playing tennis and at around 9:30 my tennis partner and i looked up and lo and behold!

The way the governing body and elders act as if they are the intermediarys between you and God. You must follow their non-biblical doctrines in order to be approved by God. How pompous can you get? Aren't they really subjugating God's authority as they judge and condemn people who do not abide by their foul teachings?
In regards to the business side of the Watchtower, of course they realize that door-to-door preaching is a very ineffective way of finding converts. They know it is an aid in their mind control over the peons. Let's face the fact, you could spend that additional 10 hours a month in field service growing your mind or spending QUALITY time with your family. When you add the prep time you have easily invested 20 hours a month and brothers and sisters, you don't get that back..

Take him over a nice home cooked meal with a nice bottle of wine. Chances are that he does not have the ability to yet cook a decent meal. Add a couple of grocery bags with the forgotten things such as napkins, Ajax, candles, furniture polish,trash bags, you know, things we forget when we move into a new home...Oh yeah, and the newest Watchtower and Awakes!
