Today at the watchtower on young ones, I wrote a note in the margin during the study. It was on the paragraph that said something to the affect of, how sad it would be for young ones to loose out so close to the end." I wrote "The carrot." My wife I am sure saw it and got up with her watchtower and bible and went to the bathroom until the end of the study. But has not said anything about it as of yet. Maybe she will. I am getting more forward but no where near the like of otwo who has discussions with his wife that he posts on here. My wife does not talk about things she just clams up and holds them inside until they just burst out in the form of emotion. I don't think she would turn me in because she would have already. I really think that events like these help her to think. One

sex before marriage in the borg
by heyfea in(i don't know if i posted this already, since i got errors every time i tried) .
do you think that a lot of engaged jws have sex before getting married?
i think so, only a few fall into the guilt trip after they're married, and ultimately confess.

I remember thinking that since all the other girls I went out with would do it then my wife who would not must be a real spiritual person and therefore a the right mate for me. It never occured to me that a person could not be interested in sex at all. No matter how it is introduced. It is really tough especially for those of us who held out until we are married to have sex and basiclly we have as much as we did before we were married with ourselves.
I feel taken advantage of not by my wife but by the borg. Those of is in this type of situation should start a club called "Humpin after Jumpin Club."

I don't recall how long ago but I started a thread like this and by in large most did it. My wife and I did not and we could not be more sexually incompatible. My view is "hump before you jump."

Are Witnesses Sexually Normal?
by minimus injws are obsessed with sex and sexual sins.
the elders are specifically told what classification a sexual sin falls into.
touching the breasts, genitals, looking at porn, looking at various types of pornography, kissing, petting-----you name it----it is technically classified so that the elders know which charge they can hit you with judicially.. even if you're married, the watchtower disapproves of certain consensual sex acts.

I think witnesses are at a severe disadvantage. Getting married without trying each other out is like playing the lottery. Perhaps you are compatible but maybe and most likely not. Next thing you know the husband or wife is looking at pron and masturbating or stepping out on their mate. They are screwed up in this area as well.
I believe that once you have committed to each other God views it as ok.

CASHLESS SOCIETY - HOW CLOSE?
by 1914BS inlately i have noticed very strange activity at my local gas stations that i go to in the vancouver area people are being asked to use the debit/credit cards at the pump.
the last time i tried to use a debit card to pay gas inside a gas station i got scolded by the cashier, he said "please pay at the pump!!.
i say gee i guess he is having a bad day or something..... well so i go to anouther gas station - a shell station and the same rhetoric .."please pay at the pump!

I l like this idea as it would do away with a lot of illegal activity such as drugs, prostitution, money laundering (real money that is), counterfeiting, etc. But it would create more tech fraud. But at least it seems that no one would be physically hurt like say for instance if a drug deal went bad.
One other thing that might happen is gold would become a currency again, if we went cashless. So maybe not so good.
