Are Witnesses Sexually Normal?

  JWs are obsessed with sex and sexual sins. The elders are specifically told what classification a sexual sin falls into. Touching the breasts, genitals, looking at porn, looking at various types of pornography, kissing, petting-----you name it----it is technically classified so that the elders know which charge they can hit you with judicially.

  Even if you're married, the Watchtower disapproves of certain consensual sex acts. Masturbation is considered a "secret sin" and it is taboo alone or if you're with your spouse in loveplay.

  My question is, are JWs actually "normal" from a "worldly" standard or are they abnormal?

  Old school jw's have strange idea's regarding sex...perhaps the younger ones are more adventurous in trying new approaches etc......

  But the World may regard witnesses as abnormal in some ways how many could you just start a conversation with regarding a sexual topic? How many would

  discuss sexual problems if they had any? Times have changed and I don't think many buy the Wt stance on sexual positions even....

  The standard missionary position just doesnt cut it any longer....

  Where do you come up with this stuff......tee hee hee

  I think they are just frustrated because according to the GB laws, they can't get any.

  JW views on sex are normal but old fashioned. IMO

  One of the reasons I left was because I felt so guilty about oral sex and masturbation. I stumbled myself because I was sexually adventurous.

  I even ended up getting into what the world calls abnormal stuff and I think the reason I did was because I was so repressed as a JW that it made me want to explore more.

  I ended up into some sexual stuff I never would have believed I would do and now I love it. Hint: loving bondage and teasing on the erotic side. Now thats a NO NO with JW's and other religions too.

  Am I BAD???? Whats bad about anything you do with your lover as long as its loving and stimulating and doesn't hurt you or your partner. I found that getting into this made for longer sexual experiences and my husband was never bored. He got me into it ;-) He died but I am still into it.

  I had guilt about it for a while and now I don't because I think that anything you do with your partner that is mutually satisfying is good.

  I think JWs become sex oibsessed because of all the rules JWs must abide by. But I think, by "worldly" standards everyone's pretty much normal. But I do think couples are made to always question what they do, praying that they didn't do anything wrong in Jehovah's eyes.
