  i hate when people use the "i'm new here" excuse, and then do absolutely nothing to try and find out what you are inquiring about or at least transfer you to someone that can help.. what are some of your "customer service" pet peeves?.

  anyone feeling a wee bit guilty about celebrating Thanksgiving and Xmas??

  i was feeling a bit guilty about celebrating as this is my 1st year out and i know the history of all the holidays and birthdays are pagan or bloody or idolatrous.. .

  but i was thinking that it's not what someone made them in the past but what they are right now.. to us, at this moment.

  am i going to sit down on thanksgiving.. and say, "i hate those indians, think i'll go kill some"..????

  Nope!!! Looking forward to it. We're cooking Thanksgiving dinner and having some of the non-j-dub family over. Put up our new Christmas tree yesterday and getting excited about that. G-kids are all excited too.

  The littlest one saw the tree and said "WOW!!! COOL!!! He's 2.

  So cute, this is what Christmas is all about!

  My husband is back in the hospital

  they were unable to find any bleeding in his stomach today.

  so tomorrow, they will be doing a colonoscopy.

  my wifes nephew tried to commit suicide again, my step-son just called and has been diagnosed as having diabetes, and my grandson just lost his job.

  he came from a family of pedophiles (also jw's) and i was a pet project.

  My oldest son found me this morning!!!

  i've looked for him for 16 yrs.

  and he found me this morning.

  :) there are 8 and my oldest son has the only two g/sons that i have.. we were lost to each other before i left the wts, because when i lived in california and he lived in colorado springs, we both moved at the same time and we each had unlisted numbers.. i'm very, very pleased and excited.

  Dubs out with kn37

  i just took the dog a walk, and saw 4 dubs at the top of our street, trying to place kn37.

  this is, of course, the first official day of thecampaign, so i expext to see a few more of them than usual over the next few days, but it's not often i see them at this time of day (3:10pm when i spotted them).

  they all know me, and when they saw me walking towards them with the dog, who does admittedly look a bit fearsome, being a pit bull/staffordshire bull terrier cross, they looked a little nervous, as if they thought i was going to set him on to them.

  Unfortunately yes, our beloved daughter. Thought we were doing the right thing in J's eyes.

  Even though we never shunned her the way we were suppose to it still caused a lot of stress in our relationship.

  How glad I am that we are out of there and can be free to love her and her kids the way parents are meant to.

  met a man who down to the tee is amazing.

  he is a great man, the only thing i am not so sure about is his "religious" beliefs.

  What he says now about anything will change once you are married. Will tth kids get to go to Grandmas for christmas? NO! NO! NO!. Will he let the kids have blood if they need it? ABSOLUTLY NOT!!!
