  Did you just ask me to lie?

  i just had a conversation here at work with a witness who essentially insinuated that he wanted me to lie so that i could save his elderly mother thirty dollars.

  don't get me wrong- i feel quite badly that his mother has to pay for certain necessities.

  having worked with low income individuals for some time, i've seen some truly sad situations.

  as i occasionally do, i decided to take a walk on the wild side and visit greatcrowd.com.

  the usual nightmare- lots of squishy, appreciate your magazines and joyful pioneering testimonies.

  the disturbing reminder of how the 9/11 tragedies make for good witnessing- all that typical banter.. i came across this, though and wanted to post it.

  un-upbuilding info uprooted from Great Crowd?

  i'm quite sure i saw a post about the nh abuse case on great crowd the other day under their news thread.

  in fact, the poster said he wondered how many opposers would jump all over the story when they got ahold of it (i guess the poster wasn't aware that many "opposers" already knew about the story).

  strangely enough, that story is now missing from that thread!
