Please explain: What is Bethel's connection to "1 Shot Productions in association with Droidworks Animation" in the credits?
Not sure but I do know that the group that put this together used the Bethel Video department equipment and resources as an off-time project.
i am ready to upgrade my system (currently windows xp) and am seriously considering switching to apple.. the new windows vista is going to be released soon, and it finally looks like a mac anyway.
who wants to follow a follower anyway?.
i need a powerful workstation for graphics, webdesign and 3d animation.. plus, i am very impressed with the new iphone and believe that the ipod culture will continue to keep macworld in the ascendant.

it was the 14th of april last year that i had to sit my mother down and tell her i was an apostate.. i was closer to her than anyone else.
my father and mother are still married, but he let her raise me as a witness, and that meant it was me and mom.. me and mom in field service for 100 hours in july because she had to make her time as a regular pioneer.. me and mom fighting over what to bring for lunch to the district convention.. me and mom up late at night, when she would berate me, and then unload all her problems on to me.. me and mom and our 4 hour family studies, where we discuss 2 paragraphs of a random book, and then she would browbeat me until early in the morning.. somehow, through all that, i pretended to be a witness for years, just to appease her.
looking back, i don't know if i loved her, or if i was just afraid of her.
At my wedding, I'll replace your presence with a single flower. Something of the roadside variety, more than likely.

i see serious problems with the leadership of the witnesses on two important levels: locally, in smaller bodies of elders with marginally qualified men carrying heavier workloads, and internationally in a lackluster and unimaginative governing body.
there are no nathan knorrs, or fred or ray franz's in this pathetic group!

Some congregations do still have a solid and strong elder body, however...
When there is any surplus of willing elders, those elders are soon distributed into weaker, problem congregations. There is a definite "bleed-out" happening, and any momentum is stifled by moving the good elders into other tired congregations. There they are left to slog it out alone in needy halls.
The previously strong congregation is then left with a few "ol' stand-by" elders which tends to diminish its collective zeal.
This is my experience in two different congregations recently.
does anyone remember this illustration being used at the hall as a means to keep the rank and file from look at any information that wasn't from the watchtower?
they would say that people are trained to spot counterfeit money by looking a the real thing.
in other words there was no need to look at anything else as you had the real thing, "the truth" coming from the watchtower.
