Buy your own walking machine, then you can get your heart right when you feel like it.
The text books say you should work until you are slightly out of breath.
I do that and then stop, I am older than you, have a bit of excitement now and then,
invite the local elders round for a chat, that gets things going nicely!

I was always a severe pain in the elders rears!
My wife and I were always early waiting for the KH to be opened.
I had the audacity to suggest that it would be useful if the KH was opened earlier than
10 mins before the meeting started,
I even discovered there was, in the KM's a suggestion that all elders were at the
KH 20 mins before meeting started.
PO sent a letter to the branch about me;
I only read the societies literature to find fault,
I spend too much time on the internet
In fact I am b***** useless as a JW

That's great; staying faithful to Jehovah, my wife Sister fokyc does the same, BUT the elders in her congregation represent some alien organisation. The WTBTS has slowly drifted into becoming a very dis-likeable thing, they do not truly represent Jehovah in any way.
The worst is the lies, they can tell more untruths in 2 hours than I have come across in all my life, they are also quite willing to write them down! Then they lie again by saying, "We didn't say that".

Our Kingdom Ministries

i am wondering if anyone knows if there is an assembly in ireland around the end of this year to beginning of next year?.

can anyone else also supply me "our kingdom ministry" for dates of assemblies in uk.. i'm not planning to cause trouble at these gatherings.

it's just that i have a court order which prevents my child from being taken to these things and i need evidence to stop the mother and stepfather forcing my child to go against his wishes.. the mother and stepfather don't tell him of course and keep it a secret right until the last minute.

a very good friend of mine is in charge of plant maintenance at a local factory.

there are 300 people working in this factory and two of them are muslims.

the muslims have requested that they require special toilets just for themselves.

I am surprised how many people find your story difficult to believe,
Having spent many years in Russia, Bulgaria, Turkey etc. I can vouch these 'Toilets a la Turk' are common to the middle east and down to Egypt, here is a recent experience from a young lady in Bulgaria WITH PICTURES:

The most basic are 2 stones for your feet with a hole between for the product, just ensure you miss your shoes!
