  what non-biblical, historical evidence proves or supports the notion that jesus once existed as a living, breathing jewish man?

  i'll start with the one that i used to swear by back when i was a good jw.

  as you can see i am still a newbie and it looks to me like most of you are either die-hard christians or atheists.

  so i was wondering if some of you had become animists, polytheists or had converted to another sort of paganism.

  i asked a catholic priest if one needs to be a catholic to be saved, to compare with the jw belief that one has to be a jw to be saved.

  his answer was interesting and based on romans 2:12-14 (nlt version) .

  "14 even when gentiles, who do not have god's written law, instinctively follow what the law says, they show that in their hearts they know right from wrong.

  i was talking to a female aquaintance the other day and in one breath she was telling me that it's great when she goes out salsa dancing because apart from enjoying the music she never has to buy her own drink as there is a constant stream of guys buying for her and then in another breath she was complaining that they annoy her because they are just after a bit of arse.

  now i've seen the way this girl dresses on a normal day i can't imagine what she puts on when she goes out.

  btw she does have great booty.

  A woman who exposes as much flesh as possible can't expect heterosexual guys not to be sexually excited. She can't possibly be surprised unless she was born on another planet. It's a natural reaction.
  Don't misunderstand me. The only thing a girl who has accepted a drink should have to do is say "thanks". The fact that she accepts a drink or wears a sexy outfit doesn't mean she agrees to have sex or that she agrees to be groped. However, a woman shouldn't expect heterosexual men not to look at the erotic parts of her body she exposes. I'm so sick of hearing some women say that men are pigs. Men are exactly as whoever created them wanted them to be. So are women. Men are not better than women and they are not worse either. Of course, there are certainly men who do disgusting things. As for me, I feel no remorse whatsoever for looking amorously at an attractive woman and even exchange smiles...

  Are Americans the prudes of the world?

  when i went to europe, i saw nudity in commercials, and other sexual topics used to advertise products.

  as an american, i was shocked to see such things in places that seemed out of place of such tools of such an extreme nature.

  i tend to feel, even to this day, that public nudity in advertising is something that is over the top.

  I think many americans may be too puritanic. But, on the other hand, I think the French lack modesty about sexuality and the display of the human body. Naked women are displayed in many commercials and TV films. Sometimes I even feel like being modest is an abnormal condition in this country.

  kiev (reuters) - a man shouting that god would keep him safe was mauled to death by a lioness in kiev zoo after he crept into the animal's enclosure, a zoo official said on monday.

  "the man shouted 'god will save me, if he exists', lowered himself by a rope into the enclosure, took his shoes off and went up to the lions," the official said.. "a lioness went straight for him, knocked him down and severed his carotid artery.".
