The worldwide unity of Jehovah's Witness
by paul from cleveland ineverything i read on this website and elsewhere indicates that the witness are extremely united in doctrine and practices worldwide.
when i'm reading comments here, i have no idea whether the person is posting from the us or some other part of the world (unless they say so).
everyone's experience seems to be the same wherever they live.

Have been in different countries and visiting KH, book studies and definetely
feels the same and speak the same " spiritual language" .
There is unity but do they really have a choice ?
Try telling your best friend at the KH that you do not agree with a teaching and see what happens!

Mill Hill Disfellowshippings
by BorgHater ina few months ago there was a thread about a couple of elders at the mill hill bethel being disfellowshipped because they disagreed with some wt doctrine (i can't recall exactly what it was) and that several other betheliteswere under 'investigation'.
i haven't heard anything since, does anyone know anything more about this?.

You cannot support an organization when you definetely know that their doctrines are all lies.
I truly beleive the GB knows it's all Bull S.... but they have too much to lose if they would speak the truth!

Injuries at Assemblies, who covers the cost
by CaptainSchmideo inwell, i knew it would happen, and i wasn't surprised when it did.. a friend of mine, older brother with a heart condition, was assisting in shoveling snow at the circuit assembly this weekend (suit and tie, no less!
) and slipped on the ice and cracked a couple of his ribs.. what is the likelihood that the circuit or society will assist or cover his medical bills?
any takers on this?.

If he's got Medicare they'll pay for it.
If he does not and he wants the circuit to pay for it.....good luck, unless he sues them which most
likely he won't.

What happened to your marriage after you stopped believing?
by JerkhovahsWitless ini know some posters here went through or are going through some painful things right now because of no longer believing when they have a husband / wife that still does.
others were able to free the minds of their spouse.
i'm assuming the latter is a lot more rare.. anyone that wishes to share their story, please do.. i'm looking to pass the info on to someone who doesn't totally believe, but may marry a jw.

by frankiespeakin ini was browsing the wt web sight and i came across this article about a nuclear physicist who became a jw and got baptised the same year he graduated i can't believe it.. he was won over by the logic in the evolution book:.
she gave me a book entitled did man get here by evolution or by creation?
* also, she told my wife that during the bible study scheduled for the following week, they would consider a bible prophecy showing that 1914 was a significant year.

There are loads of scientist that believe the the earth has been around 6000 years and that each creative day was a literal "24 hours"
It's all about faith in what you want to believe and throw away all other evidence!!!!!

Does the leadership/GB of WBTS really believe what they teach, or is it all about business?
by african GB Member insurely it does'nt take a rocket scientist to see that this is just another church,.
one wonders if they deliberately ignore the facts and continue to control and dictate their way of thinking onto the rf jw's while they know this is not as true a religion as they make it to be..

Down deep i feel they don't beleive all the crap they teach.
How can they when they know as a self glorified group they do not receive anything out of the ordinary from "Jehovah".
No special revelation!
No miracles!
No vision!
They should be smart enough to realize that all the books that have been written since 1870 are useless and nothing
written by them as "prophets of God" as they have called themselves have come true. NOTHING
Their books are useless and that's why they can't even be studied at the book study as they used to in the past.
It will take humility to acknowledge that and they know they would destroy the lives of many if they would admit they have been wrong all along.
Besides why would they want to give up their earthly kingship ?
