  How does a doctor research a subject there is no evidence of? I'm just curious, not trying to be a smart***.

  How does a person reseach life after death? Isn't that something we are all doing? Maybe I should shut up and read the book.......

  Sadly, no. I wish there was life after we die, but the real question is, "What chance is there of life after death?"

  Answer: Very little.

  being a jehovahs witness is getting easier with each worldly year that passes.

  time is not getting shorter but meetings are, along with assemblies.

  in my day the closing prayer lasted longer than the whole modern assembly.

  Brooklyn Bethal lunch break.

  hello all you apostates.

  got a quick question on the lunch break at brooklyn.

  when you are working at the factory how long is lunch?

  At the factory we were dismissed from our machines around 11:40am, went back to the locker rooms and cleaned up, changed, and was at the bethel tables at 12 noon.

  Noon prayer, eat fast, dismissal prayer at 12:30pm, had to be back at our machines at 1pm.

  Yes, it was fast.

  The only exception to this was the day of the Gilead graduation. On that day we were let out early from work and given a lighter schedule about getting back to our machines... Gymbob

  Conversation with an elder today!

  i was at work today and low and behold an elder from the kh i used to go to came in.

  i never got to know him very well but he always struck me as pleasant and mild mannered.

  the thing is i stopped going to meetings over a year ago and am now, as i have already shared, being shunned by my jw son and his wife and can't see my beautiful little grand daughter any more.. i haven't officially dissassociated and not met with any elders but don't care what action they take as they can't do any more damage to me now.

  I've been there, we all have. But what are you going to do when you find out it isn't real? I couldn't go to another meeting once I saw the WTS for what it really was. Some people just refuse to see it, and I don't feel sorry for those who choose to be blind.... Gymbob
