the tip. I think i put the reasoning book and a bible up in the roof, just to remind myself what a load of rubbish it is. I kept the 2005 cd for research purposes. The rest to the tip cos i didn't want to let anyone else have that rubbish. (i did offer a load of magazines to my sis in law to place before i d'ad, but she said she couldn't get rid of the ones she had let alone have mine as well Lol)

I found some books! What did you do with yours?
by SacrificialLoon ini knew i had some so i was looking in some boxes and found a few including the super deluxe nwt bible with the cross references.
on one hand i'm tempted to throw em all out, but on the other i feel like keeping them, maybe as some kind of demented memento.
on the other other hand it'd mean one fewer box cluttering up a closet.. what did you all do with your old err.. literature?

Things YOU eat, that other people think is weird.
by misanthropic inthis mornings events have got me thinking about things.
i love peanut butter, not the sweet kind but i like the old fashioned peanut butter, usually laura scudder's with no sugar or preservatives - it just tastes better imo.
i put it on everything including pancakes which are really good with peanut butter and maple syrup.

One of the reasons i liked the look of the religion initially was because they said they don't baptise/christen children, but wait until they are adult enough to know their own minds properly. What a bunch of lies i was fed!Poor kid, he/she will have so much to live up to, i couldn't do it as an adult. let alone an eight yr old.Sick

Does anybody want the Kingdom Melodies 8 CD set,
by needproof ini am either thinking of selling or if nobody wants to buy then just giving them away, is anybody interested

No thanks i've got that set - and i donated 100quid for them - that was i thinking?! I've decided to recycle them though, they will make excellent bird scarers tied to a tree down my allotment - better still if i play them down there - that'll scare everyone away!

Im off to buy a video camcorder w/ night vision!!!!
by ButtLight infor those of you who think im nuts already (which i am), i am going to by a cam with night vision and infrared recording.
the reason why, is im going to set it up in my sons room tonight and see if i can catch any paranormal activity on it.
i know what i saw, and i know my son see's stuff alot........so, im either going to prove to myself im wrong, or prove you sceptics wrong about the paranormal.

Making you nervous?
by avidbiblereader indid giving talks, parts on the meetings or even answering make you nervous and how did you handle or deal with it?.
did you ever lie to get out of giving a assignment because of nerves?.
-
dobbie
I dreaded speaking up in front of others. I'd spend hours trying to put answers in my own words, and as soon as i even thought about putting my hand up my heart would jump into my mouth - when i did put it up and didn't get chosen it was worse cos i'd gone through all that for nothing! It didn't help our microphones were rubbish too and quite often cut out on you. When i did get chosed i'd go the colour of a tomato, and feel like my heart was jumping from my mouth into my feet!
I only did two talks in my 14yrs cos i couldn't handle it. I used to find it hard just to walk in through the door some nights. Book study was worse i used to skip it often, stuck in a small room with no escape and feeling that you had to answer - ugh!
The day i got baptised i had to get up at an assembly and speak in from of about 600jws - before i went on i really thought i was going to die from nerves!Personally i was glad us females couldn't do main talks or anything my system couldn't have coped with that!lol
