Bite Me,
I just got it from this page: http://www.jwfacts.com/index_files/questions.htm Under trinity.
But stick around, somebody should have it since it's not that old. Just '45 baby!!!
"now, at christ's coming to reign as king in jehovah's capital organization zion, to bring in a righteous new world, jehovah makes him infinitely higher than the godly angels or messengers and accordingly commands them to worship him.
since jehovah god now reigns as king by means of his capital organization zion, then whosoever would worship him must also worship and bow down to jehovah's chief one in that capital organization, namely, christ jesus, his co-regent on the throne of the theocracy.

Yes, Indeed.

Yeah Right! And by 1919 they were supposed to be clean of all false teaching so God can come down to his temple and choose the FDS. NOTE: This is in a 1945 Watchtower baby!! - 26 years after God came and choose them!!!!

i'll always have a weakness for looking through jw literature, the illustrations, the soothing repeating mush of a cult kind enough to do all your thinking for you.
well i was looking through the yearbook and the seams are really starting to show.
like was said in another thread, they try to have it both "intrest waning means the end is near/numbers are booming!
Hey,
Now that we are talking about the Yearbook 2007, does anybody has a copy to scan the pic of all the members from the GB? is the first time I saw them appearing together.
i'm planning this summer to go to bethel and read with my owns eyes all those stupid quotes that the wt had published since its creation.
i just wanna do that for fun and i may find some new eye-opening info.
my question is as follows:.
Where's Pixel?
I'm here. Sorry people that I did not comment until today. I really apreciate your comments. Thanks for letting me know that I can ask you guys questions.
What happens is that I can only use the computer from my job, because I'm not that crazy to use it from my house with my family around. Now when I'm home alone, I can relax and type.
It's amazing how the WT takes pride of their books and yada yada but won't let people research its own old stuff. To set an example: In the Revelation Book, they talk a lot about the Vindication book and how good it was. But why don't they print more copies so people could read it? because they might find stupid things.
I can't think of another example, but can you imagine the USA saying that their Declaration of Independence made them free, yet not letting people read it?
the jws claim to be an exact recreation of the early christian church yet this claim is very far from being genuine, in fact many experts in religion and the general feeling is that the dubs can barely be called christians.
i give one reason why the early church was different: it had no centralised power structure, a gb with subject cos and dos checking on every congregation and reporting back to them.
no gb that claimed to have a unique privilege of doctrine formulation and teaching at the exclusion of everyone else.
This is my take: Early Christians did not meet in big halls/churches. They used to meet in houses, even though the concept of a temple was not an aline idea for them, since early times people had temples.
Now, Why do you have to go to a KH, and not to a particular house like in the old times?
ok - dont shout at me -but i know that archaeologists will change a theory based on a new find.
so will historains.
so will scientists.
I've heard some talks where the guy at the KH says that science it's not worth trusting because sometimes they change things around.
JW critics science when it changes things. Now science can't critic WT when it changes its things. How stupid.
ok someone help me out here, from reading 1corinthians 15:35-58. it appears that paul's letter is to the whole church.
i draw the conclusion from this that the resurrected body is for everyone.
well the jw that came by says that all of the church of corinthia was annointed so that's why they have a heavenly hope.
Q: Where does it say in the Bible that this heavenly hope ended circa 1935?
A: Rutherford 12:25.
How do you read? He (Ruther) was represented by John The Revelator, (Remember?) and then one of the 24 elders, it may be Russell, told him that.
Never mind. This is sooo confusing.

Sorry, don't know how to EDIT
