Yeah, that Dexter/Deb thing is getting eewww. Or Deb rather. I don't think a therapist would go down that road..but it is showbiz and they have to have a shocker.

I liked the beginning of the season when Dexter in self reflection was thinking about what he was passing down to Harrison, and also the contemplation about religion/belief/faith. But the DDK was beginning to lose my interest.

Not sure what to tell my 4 year old about Santa

my adorable little son is very excited about christmas.

i have not made a big thing about it, but he must have picked up the christmas spirit from what he is seeing in the shops and on tv.

he loves the music, and movies and all the decorations.

It seems that kids are really not damaged by the Xmas ruse. As a JW I self righteously couldn't believe I would ever "lie" about Santa to kids. In the end, I realize that being taught the things were were taught as JW's was far more damaging.

Some really good suggestions here. REally like what Skeeter1 said.

the first time i heard of christopher hitchens was today when his named was mentioned multiple times in the comment section of a youtube video.

after reading a brief summary of his life, it became clear that this guy was a complete douche-bag.

a very arrogant sarcastic bigoted f**k who looked down on everyone who didn't share his beliefs.
