so there i am yesterday, driving through the lovely english countryside enjoying the rolling green slopes of the hills.
now in my part of the world (lancashire) there's lots and lots of sheep!!
they look lovely mooching around in the grass and moorland totally oblivious to what's going on around them.. until they stand in the road in the path of your car.......licking the tarmac!!.

i was at bethel not long ago.
and other then the hypocrisy i saw the most beautifull women in the world all in one place.
bethel makes the miss universe pagent look silly.did i mention these women are from all over the world, bethelites can stay in other countries for cheap because they can stay in assembly halls.

i've noticed several people on this board mention they have fms and similar type afflictions.
fms is known to be brought about by physical/emotional stress.
i have suffered from it for many years.
My mother has chronic fatigue syndrome and has been in the JWs for many years, her chronic fatigue started around the time she re-joined the JWs (she had been a JW and DF'd then re joined) her explanation is that it is Satan trying his best to give the JWs as much hardship as he can to hinder their important preaching work, which is one reason I stopped going along to meetings, I enjoy good health and I want to keep things that way!!! My sister also a JW has suffered depression for many years, makes you wonder doesnt it? Do you folks think satan is at work? afflicting those who serve Jehovah in the same way he afflicted Job, or is it some kind of JW curse?

lolol yes sheep arent well known for being intelligent animals thats for sure! I know what you mean about them standing around in the road licking it, the reason they actually do this is to get the salt deposits left over from winter time when they put the grit on the roads to stop it icing. This eventually dissolves down into white dust which settles in the cracks in the road and when it is warm weather I think the tar and salt dust heats up and they just seem to love it! I think rabbits, hares and small furries like to lick it off as well. You always get more flattened fauna (roadkill) in the summer months than you do in the winter time.
Slinky - ex sheep keeper I used to have a tame flock of 20 sheep they were lovely!
