Local support group for ex-JWs in South Florida. Good idea?

i was thinking about starting a local support group for ex-jws who want to meet former members and air out their feelings about leaving the borg.

the group would be based out of the ft. lauderdale, florida area.

Hi Everyone:

Let me know what you think of my idea. I was thinking about starting a local support group for ex-JWs who want to meet former members and air out their feelings about leaving the Borg. The group would be based out of the Ft. Lauderdale, Florida area. I think I can contribute in a meaningful way to this cause by being a sincere listener and perhaps offering some advice. What do you think I should do to start? I think this may be very useful for those who are not tech-savvy like us and would like a person-to-person forum to have their opinions heard.

I would appreciate the great advice of everyone on this forum. Thanks!

i've been doing this research for several months now on the internet and i can't believe what i'm finding.

watchtower has deep roots in demonic freemasonary cult.

did any of you have more research on it?

The JW Headquarters, "Bethel" as they call it, was originally a large Masonic Temple before it was converted. I'm not sure how many Freemasons you may know of, but the differences between them and JWs is enormous. I would rather spend my time with a Freemason than a JW. You'd learn something more useful and you make better friends.

This explains why my parents have been acting all weird. I've been DF'd for a couple of years now (thankfully). However, they haven't kept in touch with any regularity. Now I know why. Thanks WTS.

The pharma industry DID NOT create the AIDS virus. They helped spread the virus from chimpanzee to man during their experiments with polio vaccine. Some of the experimental polio vaccine was created with kidney parts from chimps (who were known carriers of HIV). These infected kidneys were part of the vaccine which was given to millions of men, women and children in Congo. THIS IS A FACT. PERHAPS YOU SHOULD SEE THE DOCUMENTARY BEFORE YOU MAKE A COMMENT???

The Messiah will appear but it's not going to be Jesus. He will be the only one with a solution for the lasting peace between Christians, Muslims and Jews. Will there be a war before he arrives? Most likely. A nuclear war? Most likely. Will millions die? Hopefully not.

The Bible vs the Koran

i was thinking how much the bible would sound like the koran if you sub'd jehovers name for allah.

almost the same style, exploits, wars, etc.

funny how both books have doomsday prophecies, saviors (jesus and muhammed).

I believe in the Bible more, now that I'm free of WTS scare-tactics. Being free of them is simple. All you have to do is read the Hebrew scriptures ON YOUR OWN and without interpretation. God will take care of the rest.

my mother called me last night and shared with me something my dad just discovered in doing some research on the internet.

it is out of the book published by the wathchtower in 1966, entitled, "life everlasting in freedom of the sons of god".. my parents have the book, and listen to what was written about adam and bestiality.... page 45, para.

before god created anything new, a woman, god left the man free to determine whether there was a suitable companion for him among all the lower animals.

we all know the watchtower soicety can be deceitful at times.

one place i've noticed their deceit is in their main 'bible' study/cult introduction book 'what does the bible really teach?

designed for a jw holding a bible study with an interested person, this books tries to convince the person being studied with, that this religion knows the truth about the bible.

The coverup will surprise you even more. One thing I am certain of, is that the pharmaceutical companies and governments at fault should be responsible for providing FREE medicine to fight AIDS in Africa. Nothing less will do. Society should no longer tolerate this kind of evil towards a people who were forced to take part in experiments which are still causing the deaths of millions.
