what do the jw's believe makes people saved?
what is wrong with the non-jehovah's witness's life that makes them need salvation?

JW's believe that salvation is deliverance from destruction, especially at Armageddon or at one's own death.
Salvation is a gift from God that cannot be earned (according to the Bible and doctrine, but not reality- READ ON).
To get salvation, one must obey God until death or destruction at Armageddon.
Obedience includes preaching/converting work- You must warn the wicked that they will be destroyed
if they don't change.
plz plz plz will somebody give me a clear cut answer, i know the problems involved but is it possible "legally" or as far as witnesses allow?

i really need some help and clariety on a situation i am involved in with a friend who is jw.
i am not jw, i am a female lesbian.
i have made a friend threw work who is jw.
And in that religion, the husband can say you are a bad associate, that she should not see you nor allow you in the home.
i'm sure alot of you already know that i am a huge bears fan.

do any people trying to fade out of the organization have any trouble coming to this forum and going to the kingdom hall?.

Yes, SF, they all deserve to know the truth which all of us are seeking.
My point was that the Watchtower Organization does not deserve an honest answer to some
of their queries if they are going to use your statements to cut us off from speaking with family.
The members of the congregation who might supply the organization that information, therefore,
can be lied to about apostasy. Otherwise, I am as honest as they come. I try to avoid answering

This is a spiritual warfare, after all, they don't deserve the truth.

That would allow us to have knowledge that we shouldn't have unless we were researching apostasy. "WE were not looking for apostate information, but a householder we were preaching to told us...." Good thought.
a while back i posted on a story found in the watchtowers childrens bible concerning the three wise men going to visit jesus, in the childrens bible the word is rendered "worship" him, as most are aware in the nwt the words are rendered "do obeisance".this post doesnt directly cover that, i wanted to find out whether these so called wise men were sent by god or not.
the reason for this is that someone pointed out that this was because the three wise men were (by jw's accounts) sent by satan.i decided to search through the scriptures to decide for myself whether there was an adequate reason for them to make such a statement.
if this has been covered before many apologies.
IMO, the entire gospel account was written in such a way as to make it seem that Jesus fulfilled many Old Testament prophecies, and written in such a way as to elevate their claim that he was the Christ.
ok, lets have a discussion about where we all came from, evolution or creation?

I'm not going to try to support an argument. I don't know how we got here.
All I meant was that there might be an evolutionary reason for developing a brain bigger than the being seems to need. The bigger brained being (human or otherwise) might be able to out-survive others, might be able to score with the opposite sex sooner, because he is using more brains than his competitors, therefore he passes on his bigger-brain genes. The next generation reinforces that bigger brains are good.
