Motives for starting the lie of Watchtower Authority.

i have yet to come across anyones opinions, jw or not, of the personal motives of the leaders of the org.

to perpetuate what i guess we all would call the lie of the watchtoer authority.

in my opinion, i think that russell was an athiest out to show how easy it is to decieve people using the bible.

Power, control and a little bit of money to help along the way.

They knew what and how to draw attention to themselves and their published works.

If god is openly perceived as power in the minds of the greater public, then self identifying myself as god's solemnly

chosen organization used by god then I'm cultivating my own power .

That is the reason the WTS. identifies itself as god's earthly arrangement

among other things. Religion is a game of power and control and what ALL religions believe in their endeavors are derived

from this idealogical concept.

Is Rick's web site non-commercial though, since there are donation links pasted all over the Six Screens web site. ?

He starts topic threads purposely just to advertise Six Screens.

This is intent to spamming from this web site, at least in my opinion .

I think its just because Rick Feron is seen as more of Hate monger who uses over sensationalized tactics to draw attention to his own

web site. This is the thing that puts people off , ex-jws, jws or never been a jws inclusively.

Likewise if you were to compare Dogpatch or JWfacts in the way he draws a link to his web site, its done with the intension

to support a particular topical thread someone has started, people appreciate that and have little opposition.

Should we attend our first Birthday Party?

so we have only been fading for the past few months but already made up our minds that we are completely out.

we never managed to make any friends in our cong but we befriended our neighbours.. so our neighbour invited us to her b-day party in a few weeks time.

she knows that we are/were witnesses and that we are fading.. i don't see a b-day celebration as being wrong anymore.

I think I should clarify what I was trying to say in my previous comment is that each secular celebration comes under your own scrutiny

if you want to participate or not. For example I'm not too keen on Halloween for its profusion of frightening small impressionable children

and the crap candy people give out to the kids knocking on doors.

I'm not to keen on Christmas for its overly hyped commercialism and subsequent stress that this supposed festive holiday imposes onto people.

So there you have a true individualistic opinion on todays secular holidays by myself, your own opinion may be different, which is quite alright .

One thing to reflect upon is that in the length of time that the WTS. has been in operation, the

WTS. has commercialized $$$ false prophecies, through their own published works.

In support of themselves they have self proclaimed that they are god's only chosen organization to dispel bible truths and

interpretations. Most intelligent have seen through this when they've been called on, some unfortunately

for whatever reason did not.

For trthskr who started this thread I leave you a scripture from the bible.

The money is barely the point, its how they cultivated that money is the point though.

Who pays for the food and clothing ?

Who pays for the plane tickets for the GB to fly around the world ?

Who pays for the medical and dental needs of these people ?

Who pays for the cars and the gas to drive the GB as well the CO DCs ?

There is a definite cultivation of money in this organization that most JWS are not aware of

Where did those millions of dollars come from so that the GB can buy huge properties for millions cash ?

They got from the public whom they intensionally lied to simple.

and where are those lies that they told to the public ?

The JW religion is made up of pretentious lies to self identify itself out in the world but when you look closely what is has self professed

just about all of it was maligned bullshit to create attention to its published works., as well to empower the men at the top.

The WTS/JWS has been a commercial religious publishing house for over a 125 years.

Someone with average intelligence should be able to realize this RIGHT ? trthskr

That web site is full of the WTS. deceivingly lying about their false prophecies.

The WTS. is commercial fraud made superimposed to be something it obviously is not, but thats the way they've sold

millions of pieces of literature by being just that, a fraud.
